I have neck and shoulder injuries and the coaches really take time out to help you modify your workout to accommodate you.

I love the motivation the coaches give!!

Only one hour. Always a different workout each time. Coaches are encouraging. Members are respectful of one a other. Love working with loud music. Studio/gym is always clean. Many workout times to pick from.

It is high energy and efficient. A great workout to pack into an hour. Variety of class times is great and feel like I have not problems getting into classes that fit my changing schedule.

I love that every workout is different and challenging in its own way. The coaches are all very motivating and the group atmosphere helps me a lot with accountability. Going to Orange Theory has enabled me to actually know what to do in gyms outside of the studio, so it has taught me valuable skills that I can take with me anywhere which is really awesome.

What do you like about our workout?

No 2 workouts the same, forces me onto the treadmill, and the workout really pushes me in terms of intensity.

The variety - coaches / RISA and customer service team. Shout out to Will - always proactive to help me with my membership to helping me figure out random request that come up. Lately I’ve been taking the 3G and loving the mix off all three - treads/row/weights. Its super clean!
