Great coaching & fast paced
I normally workout in Kirkland, but had a chance to try Lynnwood last week. Great facility (although a bit hard to find with the construction). Happy members. Awesome instructor. Friendly front desk peeps.
I love that it’s more personalized and has more structure than just going to the gym. The instructors are so kind. I look forward to going every day.
It’s fun
People are friendly, the workouts are great and all I have to do is show up.
I like that the workouts are adaptable to whatever level you are performing at right now. That can vary not only month-to-month, but sometimes day-to-day. When I worked out with a personal trainer, they always pushed me as hard as they could, which is great in terms of getting into shape faster, but not so great for actually enjoying your time at the gym. I pretty much dreaded my training sessions because I knew they'd be grueling and there was zero social aspect to my time there. OTF feels more like a group of friends who get together and work out, with music and some laughter. A much much better experience!
Intense and changes up every time
It’s a high energy workout with motivating coaches, but easy enough to go at your own pace. The front desk staff definitely makes you feel welcome every time you come in.
(1) I really enjoy the care put into making each workout varied and unique.
(2) Being that the workouts are scalable intensity levels, like that I can push myself based on how I feel that day and always leave feeling great about the results.
(3) The metrics! They act as a great motivator after the workout, and of course during. However, those are second to...
(4) The coaching staff. I had a fantastic class today with Coach Daniel; he is authentically encouraging, positive, helpful with pointers and form, and plays fun music!

Encouraging, supportive, inspiring environment. Preplanned workout. Visualizing personal stats through heart rate monitor and the app.
The coaches, their positive, have a great attitude, and are extremely helpful during the workout if we're doing something wrong.
I like that the workouts are different everyday. I like that you can make the workout as easy it difficult as you’d like.

The combination of running, rowing and weight lifting. As well as the daily variety.
Best workout hands down. You will not be disappointed. Studio Manager Shaun runs an excellent studio with a true focus on customer experience and front desk staff Meghan and Amanda are most efficient and Coach Susan creates a fun filled class atmosphere.
Great instructors and larger than other OTF locations I have been to. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Orangetheory Fitness workouts are never boring! The coaches really care about how I'm doing, my heart rate, my form and if I'm having fun. It's totally great to have all of the equipment at my station just for my use during class. Love the dim lighting and the loud fun music, too!
The accountability and the all body excersises
It’s super energizing, never gets stale and a full body workout ever class. It’s the first thing since hot yoga that I’ve been committed to, and with classes offered almost every hour of the day, it fits this busy working mom’s schedule.
