It's super challenging but fun at the same time. The instructors and employees at the South Hill Spokane location are super nice and helpful! They motivate in a really great way! Love this workout.

I worked out at my sisters OTF in mill creek Washington (mine is not open yet in Missoula Montana) I loved everything about it and can't wait to start mine

I love the coaches, the front desk staff and the people that work out there! The positiveness makes you want to come in and work out!

What do you like about our workout?

It's personalized and focuses on working out at a level thats challenging for my body. This is the first time I've ever enjoyed working out! I love that I'm not having to keep up with a super fit triathelete next to me; its only about me, my heart rate and my own pace:)

Love OTF. Not so crazy about the cancellation for a class policy. If you fall ill you get charged anyway.

What do you like about our workout?

Love the variety of the treadmill, weights, and rower. I am almost 61 years of age and I have never pushed myself like this before. The coaches are great! They keep you motivated, make sure you are using the proper form when using the weights, and they change up the routine all the time with great music. I have learned a lot from OT. So, thank you. I love the data. The dashboard encourages me to push myself further in each workout.
