Everything. The coaches are phenomenal, make me want to do better and really help you overcome the mental blocks. The workouts are varied and help keep you on your toes for every workout.

It's been years since I've been to a gym. I like that the work out is planned for me and there is nothing I have to do but bust my butt for an hour. I also like that it's an hour and I'm done.
