Heart rate monitoring allows me to get a great workout at the pace that's right for my body.
The instructors that can be heard. The vibe. The constant movement. The amount of calories burned. Karel. The worst part is trying to get in a class. Either expand, or dont make promises you cant keep. For almost 200 dollars a month...your just short of a con artist. As you know..your availability sucks! Customer service is great, but what does that matter when i cant get in?
The workouts are fun and they make you want to push yourself. The coaches are fantastic and cheer everyone on to do their best! Workouts can be modified for different fitness levels and/or injuries. Afterwards I feel great and that I had a really beneficial workout....I know I have never sweat that much in other programs I have tried.
It is planned I don't have to nothing but show up and workout.
It's a good, challenging workout every time. I like having a trainer keep me on my toes and give me a varied workout. I like doing the same thing with everyone else, it helps push me even though I go at my own level. The accountability of scheduling my workouts is helpful. I like being able to see how hard I worked each day. Working out is hard for me. I never liked sports and I'm overweight now. I'm still working to get much more consistent with my workouts, but I've seen more progress with Orange Theory than with other gyms. I usually leave pumped up. I plan to stick with it and get to where I want to be.
Working out is one of the most vulnerable experiences for a person. When you put it in perspective, you are driving yourself to the point of being your weakest in order to become stronger. Some people thrive on that and others fear it. And there is nothing wrong with fear. The trainers provide that feedback when a client needs it the most. Whether it's a quick whisper or shout across the gym. Providing that encouragement to embrace the fear, and to keep going is what makes getting this gym different. Keep it up and Thank you!

The workouts are designed for all fitness levels and the coaches do a great job of challenging everyone. I like that you get a total body workout every time you go in and every class is different and challenging, some more then others but that is good.

I loved having a trainer push me the whole time! Seemed like a personal training session but in a fun group environment!
I like that it's different every time! The coaches are also always encouraging which helps get me through a workout. I've tried so many different fitness trends but this is the only thing I've been able to stick with because I genuinely enjoying coming, it feels like a family.
Everything! Every coach has their own unique style that is guaranteed to kick your butt and excited to come back to do it all again.

Always a great workout. I am burning a lot of calories and feel like I'm getting my money's worth. The trainers are so inspiring and supportive and I love the music!
It's interval cardio and weights in the same class
I make decisions all day long, so I love that I can put my little guy to bed and leave my husband home to come to OT and THEY tell ME what to do. Last thing I want to do after a day of chasing my toddler around is make up my own workout. So OT is perfect for that. I also love the super positive atmosphere and the fact that there are people there of all ages, shapes and sizes. Our studio is so welcoming to everyone, I feel super comfortable coming here.
I love the full body work outs, also how there's a training there to show you how to do things! I really like the music.
