The variety and that it is fast paced.
I really enjoyed the diversity of the workouts. They are challenging but fun. Every session has something new or different. Of course the coaches play a big role in the whole experience, they are great!

I liked that it was mixed up. I did not get bored doing any one activity. I also liked it is with a group, but you are going at your own pace/ability.
Positive energy environment, group support, lots of diversity of exercises so boredom is less likely. Ryan and Jill, were very encouraging and supportive for my first time workout!!!
I liked the variety, the positive environment and seeing the connection with my heart rate.

I love OrangeTheory and am so glad I found it! I always feel like it's a 60 minute workout well spent. The trainers and heart rate monitors keep me accountable to push my hardest, but everything is also adjustable to my fitness level. I typically dislike running, especially on treadmills, but this has been a game changer. I finally feel like I'm getting my cardio in properly but have so much fun doing it! Love the fun atmosphere, motivational trainers, and killer playlists.
