It was very well structered and easy to pick up! My instructor (Anthony) was very encouraging and made sure everyone was included. He also seemed to push everyone to maximize their workout- which was awesome. I definitely think this program is great for athletes and beginners of all kinds. There are ways to push yourself- or gear back a little if it is too hard. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

The coaches at Bountiful are so personal! They make sure to know everyone’s name and be encouraging. The workouts are awesome because I don’t have to think. I listen and then go. Word hard and you’ll feel awesome after!
It goes by quick! It's fun! You go at your own pace and focus on your own heart rate. It's nice having someone there to tell you what to do

I like that each class is different. I like the three different stations, working different parts of my body. I like that the class is one hour, perfect amount of time.

I like the pushing I am lazy otherwise and it is done in hour.
I like that it pushes me to try harder and keeps me accountable. I also like that I feel stronger and that I am getting faster.

I love OTF! It is exactly what I need to stay motivated. The structure of the class and the coaches keep you going even when you feel like you cannot continue! The variety of workouts and exercises is great and you never know what to expect, other than a great workout with a supportive coach.
I travel a lot and its a mixed bag on coaches but your coaches were hands down the best-knowledgable and motivational-and the facility is great.
I've been to many OTF studios in my travels. This is one of my favorites. The layout is really nice. Plenty of room. Front desk people friendly and on the ball. I've seen about 4 coaches. Tara and Keri are 2 of my ATF's. Nice job in Park City!!
I travel often, and OTF Sandy is my favorite location! The studio is always clean, and the staff could not be better. Ally is a fantastic coach and makes it a point to be thorough throughout the entire class. I hadn't been to that location for quite a few months, and she made it a point to say hi and remember where I was visiting from. I am always happy to be able to visit this studio!
