I like the format. The coach was really good. They are very thorough in guiding you through everything. I also liked that they took the fact that I haven't worked out in years into consideration and encouraged me to make sure I take it easy while ramping up.

What do you like about our workout?

I like OTF in general because of the mix of cardio and weights. I get a good burn in for one hour. I specifically liked the Park City location because the instructor was encouraging, the equipment was more up to date than most locations, and the facility was large and clean.

Our trainer, Doug was awesome! It was our first class and even with everyone else that was working out he made sure to check in on us. The workouts were fun and challenging. And I also love being able to see where I was working too hard or not hard enough throughout the whole work out.

What do you like about our workout?

The fast paced, differentiated workouts make exercising fun. I love the coaches who encourage and guide you through the workouts. All the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. You get the best workout for you every time.

What do you like about our workout?

Great workout! Wonderful, energized trainer! Loved working out there and loved the class. My only complaint is air flow. The gym could use some more, high-powered fans to keep the air moving. My classes were during the colder days of December and January - come summer, it will be unbearable in there! Other than that, loved it! Thanks!

I like the atmosphere of working together as a group. My husband and I do the same workout, side by side, and we interact with the other people in the workout. Also, the coaches are awesome. They really help me get the most out of my workout.

The coaches are the best. I think they make or break the class. If they aren’t upbeat and positive, it’s hard to feel good about a workout.

I love that your workouts are fun and never the same. I also love that every workout is led by a coach and they do a great job of encouraging everyone to push themselves. I always push myself to work harder during a workout at Orangetheory.
