I really like the focus on heart rate. It’s been 3+ years since I’ve really pushed myself and this has been just what I needed. I also really like the weight floor—the variety of equipment, exercises, etc. I love that it’s different every day.

It’s great! I started on an Endurance day but I think that’s what got me hooked! I haven’t had my membership for a full week and I’ve already gone 4 times. Trust me. This is worth it.

I am not an exercise fan. I lack serious motivation. OTF was like a last ditch effort for me. I’m glad I tried. I started out slow and steady. I knew I could do anything for 30 seconds and then 60 and eventually seconds turned to minutes and I feel like I’m killing it now. It has helped improve my overall health and well was.
It pushes me and challenges me. It helps me work like I wouldn't know how to do on my own.

I enjoy the high energy and the coaching! I also love that it is never the same workout
The variety of the workouts is terrific as is the enthusiasm of the coaches! It’s like having your own cheering team following you around your workouts.
I love the location of the gym as well. Super easy to run errands after my workout.
I also am very appreciative of the condition of the gym and the cleanliness.

It was a great workout and having the motivation trainer is wonderful.
I have some physical limitations due to knee replacements and the trainers have been great to work with. I was worried about some of the exercises on the weight floor but they have always been able to adjust my exercises and I am still able to keep my heart rate up and get a great muscle burn.
I love the enthusiasm of your instructors
Everything!!!! It’s a total body workout that gets results ! I also like the positive atmosphere of the trainers and other members.

The facility was big and clean. It was exactly what I have come to expect from an OTF!
It’s different each day, you can monitor what’s going on during your workout, the culture is about mind body and soul. And the coaches are motivating, nice and energetic. It’s just overall a workout that I look forward to.
