What do you like about our workout?

Great coaches, friendly atmosphere, solid workout that always keeps me on my toes. Never gets dull and I love it! I go often because I love how great it makes me feel.

What do you like about our workout?

Each one is different so you never know what to expect when you show up. I don’t necessarily like doing cardio, especially indoors, but the way the workouts are structured and the mix of treadmill, floor exercises, and rowing machine, in a group setting with the music going actually makes it enjoyable. Another bonus is the treadmill does not beat my knees up like running on pavement does.

I love that it is only one hour. I love that it works so many different muscles. I love the people that teach and go to Orange Theory. The energy keeps me going back for more!

I liked that it was led my an instructor and the workout was total body. I also liked the group training environment.

It is nice just to have someone tell me a work out and do it. Was moving constantly but wasn’t over working.

Not only the great workouts, but the girls at the front desk are ALWAYS so incredible welcoming. There presence as you walk in the door makes you feel happy to be there because they know everyone by name. They really are the best!!!😉

What do you like about our workout?

I love the intensity of the workout. You don't waste any time and the trainers make it easy to learn the sets of movements. I love the interval running. I feel like each workout challenges me to do more and work harder. Many things about the Orange Theory experience motivate me to work harder including the music, the team camaraderie, the novelty of each workout, and the overall atmosphere. I've had a fantastic experience at OTF.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that I get a thorough, challenging workout that goes by really quickly. Just when I think I can’t do more, the class is over and I feel like I accomplished so much. The instructors are all friendly and motivating. I especially love Julie and Taylor. Thanks for helping to whip this old body into shape!

What do you like about our workout?

I felt welcomed, I felt comfortable, the teacher made sure I was able to adapt exercises to my knee issues, it was fun and it was the best workout I’ve had.

I like that it pushes me, it provides me with workouts I wouldn't normally do. I also like that the coaches have alternate options for people like myself that have restrictions.
