I live that it is different daily. I live the motivation the coaches give and how helpful front desk.
Firstly, the workout challenges me, but it would not be possible if the instructor was not well trained and on it i.e., corrections of movement and being present with each person working out. Secondly, the music chosen most of the time is pretty good.
There are so many theories about certain types of workouts. I heard so many different “You have to do this if you want to lose weight” . I got at some point when i was going to the gym and staring at it, trying to figure it out what s best to do for what I need.
Orangetheory is exactly what I was looking for.. I was always feeling uncomfortable with other people around me while working out because i wasn t sure if my workout was correct or not. But here is perfect! I m actually learning from others and thanks to the coach, we all know what to do, in my own pace.
I feel so much better and full of energy all day!

I love the that it is fast moving and always changing, there is no time to get bored with your workout. The coaches are awesome! They make you feel like you are able to do more than you thought you could when you walked in, they are soooo motivating.

I like the different workouts and challenges. The trainers are great and are constantly pushing me to work harder and do my very best. I also really like the PR Bench mark challenges at OTF. During weeks were I haven’t lost weight or lack motivation, I can still measure my progress and celebrate successes.
The high energy, but also having someone to guide me so I pace myself rather than burning out in the 1st half of the workout.
I like that it is a different workout every day. It keeps me uncomfortable. Since we often do exercises I have never done before I don't know my limit so I just go for it. I love that about OT workouts.

When I go to a regular gym, I am overwhelmed and unsure of what exactly to do. And honestly, I’m pretty intimidated by the regular gym, too. However, I don’t feel any of that with Orangetheory Fitness. I love the group atmosphere, encouragement from coaches, and informational breakdowns of each exercise. I always leave feeling great and encouraged to keep doing better moving forward.
It’s an hour that I don’t have to think about what exercise i’m going to do but just focus on doing it well and challenging myself each time! I love the coach interaction and help in correcting form. Love the people that work there! Brooklyn Colon, Kayla, Taylor!
