What do you like about our workout?

I love the workout and the coaches. I had one issue that I'm hoping was a glitch. I have the 8 times per month membership. I just got charged on the last visit because when I booked the class it didn't tell me I'd used my allotment for the month. It usually does that and I appreciate that prompt. I hope we will continue to get the prompt as in the past.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the fact that there is a trainer there in case you have questions and need them for motivation. But I also like that if I feel like taking it easy, I’m not being personally hounded by a trainer the entire work out.

I like the change up - please use more of the other devices on the weight for other than just weights / love core and back as well.....not really a fan of partner workouts, seems it makes people uncomfortable.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the atmosphere at OT. Awesome instructors and even better playlists. I also love that it’s a group workout but you don’t feel like you have to compare yourself to those working out around you. Everyone there is giving their best. I think OT- Lehi is a unique studio. Everyone that works there does an incredible job of making everyone feel welcome and wanted. Coming into such an intense workout could feel intimidating, but the staff makes you feel comfortable and confident. I love orange theory and know that every time I show up, it will be an awesome workout.

So many things! It’s full body, but my favorite thing is that I don’t ever have to think about it, I just have to show up and work hard!

Great structure, super friendly staff! The workouts really kick my butt but so worth it! I only wish I could listen to my own music. Just a personal preference, I don't like "workout" music...but I'm weird like that.

What do you like about our workout?

I really like the lighting, I hate the glaring lights at a normal gym. The monitors that help keep me motivated were great. The music is really good and I love that I get my own designated machines. Love the rower too.

I have enjoyed my workouts at OT the last several months. All the instructors are very good. I love that you come and have a routine planned for you.

Orange theory is my favorite place to work out. It’s motivating, fun and a place that feels like a real home community. Which in my opinion is hard to find in a gym. I’m hooked and would highly reccomend giving it a try!
