What do you like about our workout?

I like walking through those doors and being greeted by the nicest people, calling me by name. I love being surrounded by members who all so loving & kind. I have made some great friends. I love working by butt off knowing I’m working out correctly and for only an hour. I love when I leave I am again called by name to have a fantastic day. I love feeling stronger mentally and physically. I have gotten up to 15 migraines in a month, since I started OT in January I have had 3 this year. I love everything about OT except the price!!

What do you like about our workout?

I like the overall feel of the workout space and the fact that wiping down the equipment after each use is expected. The staff are friendly and the coaches do a great job of explaining each workout and are quick to make sure your technique is on par. The pace is good, the workouts are as difficult at you want to make them and I benefit from them because I'm doing what I'm told and don't have to wander around the gym wondering what's next.

I love the workouts and the coaches are great! I wish it wasn't quite so expensive and it would be awesome if there was a class later in the evenings.

Trainer and routine was awesome. I liked it much better than my home gym but I can't drive 6 hours everyday to go to her class.

What do you like about our workout?

I really liked the workout etc. But scheduling the time ahead and because its summer and I would rather be outside it just didn't work and when I tried to negotiate to move my membership to the fall there wasn't any leeway given which I understand.

What do you like about our workout?

I really enjoyed how Amanda pushed me on the rower by setting a challenge time for the last two times I got on. I earned quite a few more splat points and great calorie burn! You’re my Fav non home studio!
