Very large OTF studio.
I'm only in my second week at OTF, but I love it!! My biggest problem with going to the gym is not knowing how/what to exercise and when. OTF takes the guesswork out of my workouts and allows me to just focus on doing my best. I feel like I've got a personal trainer in every class telling me exactly what I need to do.

It’s always different and easy to follow. Coaches usually suggest alternate exercises when needed. The staff and coaches are super friendly and fun!
This is my first time to this OTF. I usually go to another one. I was a little apprehensive going to a different studio but every one made me feel so welcome. I will definitely come back.

Easy to just turn your brain off and get to work. planning effective workouts can be tiring. I like just showing up and getting a move on!
Accountability. There is a penalty for not showing up. Also, you cannot slack off; your results are on the “big screen” for all to see.
Results. You can see your results “live in living color” as they are happening. It’s very motivating.
People. The people are all very motivating. They are all there with one goal in mind - improve.
Very good management and staff. There is a family feeling here and that makes it fun.
The excellent coaches manage to give personal attention. Not easy to do with a class of 20+
OTF Park City is a great asset to our community.
The friendliness of the coaches. Their enthusiasm really makes me go harder. Seeing the same classmates over and over because we usually show up at the same time and miss each other when we haven't seen each other in a while. The camaraderie of sweating and doing hard things.
The thing I like most about OTF is that it forces me to train differently than I would by myself at the gym. I have always been in fairly good shape so it isn't necessarily that an OTF workout drains me but it adds diversity to my workouts. I almost always workout with short rest times and high intensity but typically lifting much heavier weights. With OTF I am doing a lot of bodyweight work that trains different muscles for me and increases my stamina. Additionally, one of the best things about OTF is the time constraint. You've only got an hour and you don't have to prepare anything. You show up and just go. Lastly, I have always enjoyed everyone that works at the Draper location. Excellent all-around staff.
It constantly changes but consistently contains a mix of aerobic and resistance training.

It’s fun and challenging!
It is easy to follow, goes quickly and find the right amount of challenge. I really enjoy the variety in the exercise and the ability to choose my level of intensity. The choosing has allowed me to progress at a pace that is both challenging but doable.

Being new to Sandy, I felt a bit nervous! New gym, coach, layout, etc but I was blown away at how nice, clean and accommodating everyone was. Thank you all for being so welcoming!

I like walking through those doors and being greeted by the nicest people, calling me by name. I love being surrounded by members who all so loving & kind. I have made some great friends. I love working by butt off knowing I’m working out correctly and for only an hour. I love when I leave I am again called by name to have a fantastic day. I love feeling stronger mentally and physically. I have gotten up to 15 migraines in a month, since I started OT in January I have had 3 this year. I love everything about OT except the price!!
