DAVID! He is hands-down your best trainer. Not afraid to correct when needed, and just the right amount of motivating. SoJo is my home studio for that reason.

I have instruction & I can go at my own pace. I feel like everyone is there for the same reason, I haven't ever felt uncomfortable or judged during my workouts.
I like that its an hour.....fast paced and a lot of people. Trainers are great there some of the best I have seen and push you to work your best.

I love the fact that I don't have to design my own workouts. I just show up and workout as hard as I can for 1hr. Then continue on with my day knowing I've done a great workout.

I like showing up and being told what to do. I'm a busy professional and I don't have the mental bandwidth right now to have to put a bunch of thought into my workout, and yet I know I've been well worked after 1 hr at OT. I also like the element of self-challenge and constantly setting and reaching little goals I set for myself throughout the workout. The trainers are great too! I love their high energy and positive support!
I love the workout and the instructors! They are clear with instructions and will guide me along if I'm lost or feeling clumsy. I love how many class times there are. I feel like the workout really does rev up my metabolism. It's my favorite workout and I've tried them all!
High energy, demanding, and challenging....everything a workout should be, but sometimes you just can't achieve on your own.
I love the intensity of the workout everyday- challenging but do able. I love that we are only competing against ourselves. Kevin and Liz are fantastic!
