Love that it changes every day, I'm not crazy about the tornado workouts, but they are still a good cardio workout.
I love my Natalie days! She has the most incredible energy which motivates like no other! I have referred several friends and a new one joining me on Monday.

I have really enjoyed my memebership with OT (6 months). The trainers and front desk workers are very professional and fun. The atmosphere is second to none compared to other gyms I have been a part of (crossfit and normal gyms). The music is always spot on! The workouts are always challenging and unique. With the monitoring of your heart rate, I feel that I know how much I can push myself so I see and feel results without risking big injuries. As for result of OT, my physique has changed drastically. I've turned fat into lean muscle. My pace for endurance running has significantly improved. If anyone is in a funk with their routine or lacking motivation, I'd highly recommend OT!!

Awesome workout every time. The trainers are great and motivating, the location is convenient, all around well worth the time!
I like how variable it is from class to class. I also like how much it pushes me to do things outside my comfort level.
I love how I feel after a workout. I feel refreshed and recharged. It feels tough to push myself so hard but then rewarding for receiving almost 20 splat points. I sleep better after working out and my stress level is decreased from stresses at work.
The workouts are intense but doable. You leave feeling so satisfied!
Good facility. Great trainer. Good atmosphere. Better equipment then Arrowhead in Glendale AZ. The trainer was very good but Arrowhead in Glendale still has the best trainer in Jenn Fitt Grubb

I like the blend of cardio and weights. But mostly like the way their system monitors your work out in several ways to get you in the Orange Zone for continues calorie burn for hours afterward.

Starts at a specific time, have to register; provides accountability. I like that it is always changing.
