What do you like about our workout?

First, I like that I don't have to think about it. I show up and I do the workout. Second, I started going as an alternative to a personal trainer. The trainers help me modify for injuries which has had a big impact on my recoveries as well as maintaining. Third, the spirit week, challenge weeks, etc. keep me motivated and excited about going. Lastly, the other people I see there motivate me! I was a bit shy at first but seeing the same people and encouraging one another (or lamenting together over the rowing - haha) has created a family for me.

I love that it's full body, that I can go at my own pace when I feel exhausted, but that there is motivation to push myself and keep up.
