I like how the workout pushes me and helps me to stay in a zone where I am getting the most out of my workout. I like the monitoring and accuracy of calorie counting and "zones."

I am pushed to the limit every time, and leave feeling better than I did when I came. It doesn't always make sense, because I am dead tired, but I am happier than ever and feel more alive than I ever have before!

Trainer and music were great
everything! Variety, music, upbeat trainers who care, clean place, working machines, etc!
Fast paced. Organized. As a runner, it's a great cross training workout. Summer and Kevin are both great coaches. Recommend the coaches help participants who use wrong form. Some have never done these exercises before and they do squats, lunges, and other exercises incorrectly.
When Natalie, Tennille or Doug tell me what to do....I'm doing it:) Awesome energy, awesome people!

Continuous movement and being encouraged to try too improve. i feel very motivated during class, both from the instructors and fellow class mates. The instructors are fun, positive and encouraging!
