I like the core training and cardio. I just wish we would use the ab dollys a little bit more. I feel I get a great ab workout with it. The trainers are amazing!! They are always pushing us to do better and help keep the class motivated.

The monitor holds me accountable for my workout. I can’t slack off and that’s a good thing! Coaches are nice but definitely push you. The atmosphere is so positive. I love it!

I really love this workout.
First, everyone is so upbeat and positive. The Front desk staff is outstanding, and the instructors are awesome! Every instructor I have had is very positive, knowledgeable, and motivating. The instructors really keep an eye out for the students, help us correctly perform the exercises, and clearly call out the cardio drills. If you need an alternate exercise the instructor is there to help and encourage.
Second, the workout format is awesome. In one hour I can get a good cardio workout, plus challenge myself in the weight room. I love the fact that each day the workout changes. I also love that I am not in completion with my classmates, rather we encourage/congratulate each other. The exercise drills are challenging but I go at my pace. All the drills are clearly explained (thanks for the big screen display!) and the focus is on correct technique, not "do reps till you drop", etc.
I have to add here that I really love the heart rate monitor, and how it is used in the class. I can see my progress through the work out zones in real time, and that motivates me to "get into the orange zone". This the first time that I have felt the heart rate monitor was truly useful, instead of kind of a drag.
Third, the facility is spotless. All the equipment is maintained, and CLEAN!!! The emphasis on always wiping down our exercise equipment after use is greatly appreciated! The controls on the treadmills and rowers are clear and easy to navigate. (Plus the first time instruction was great.)
Fourth the feedback / ease of app use is greatly appreciated. I love getting that email showing my stats! I check my weekly stats all the time, and it gets me motivated. I have no trouble scheduling classes - the app is very easy to navigate.
For me this workout just hits all the positive points it can. Instructors, facility, technology, and most importantly, the workout itself. I look forward to doing it for a long time!
It's a great group workout where you can see your progress during the whole 60 mins. Enjoy the changing workouts daily.

The trainers are great at correcting form and encouraging me to push myself. The workout is a good mix of cardio and strength.
I like that you can monitor your progress by checking your heart rate on the screen. I also like how the coaches motivate you and keep you on track.
Jenni is fantastic! I believe that her patience, motivation, knowledge, personality, and positive energy brings a lot to the workouts and to OTF Dominion!
