It's effective, high energy, fast paced, and I always get sore! I really feel like I'm achieving better fitness with OT. And the instructors are great! They watch, they pay attention and correct form when necessary. And they encourage everyone to push themselves! I love it!

Nice facility that is always clean. Trainers are high energy. Michael is especially good as he is giving specific feedback on form, as opposed to solely facilitating the flow of the class.
I love the variety of activities. Most importantly, I love that all I have to do is show up and someone else tells me what to do. 😁

Always different, always challenging, no pressure to be running/lifting/rowing at a certain pace/weight, always an alternate option for people with injuries, feel comfortable in my surroundings, great instructors that are kind, caring and motivating.
