I love the feedback and consistency of the classes - so I know what to expect and I know I will get help on exercises I’m not confident in my form for as well as encouragement and help increasing my weight or making adjustments where needed! High intensity, great music, great coaches
I like running in the treadmill (especially endurance day) and also the lift class . I like lifting heavy weights so usually take one lift class in a week. I can see the good changes in my body. Thanks to OTF and also to the excellent coaches there!!
The workouts are challenging, however you can go at your own pace. There is never the same workout plan so you never get bored.
I like the help and motivation the coaches give us ,I like the pushes and all outs, and I like that it challenges us to be better, stronger and more confident in our desired results.
You will never have the same workout in a one week, whether it’s the cardio workout or the lift workout.
The staff and coaches are very welcoming. They always have a great attitude!
I love how motivated I feel amongst all the other members. The OTF environment feels safe! The workouts always leave me feeling accomplished. The coaches are amazing and incredibly supportive! I recommend OTF to anyone who wants to feel better both mentally and physically!

Organized, feedback great from heart monitor, good workout
The workouts get both my muscles and cardio working hard. The biofeedback from the heart rate monitor keep me from "sandbagging" and they are a fun and competitive.
Excellent way to get cardio and core strength. Instructors are clear on how to do the exercises and come around to be sure I'm doing them properly (avoid injuries, get the most out of the work.). Very pleased, very satisfied.

Coach Austin is amazing!! His coaching style, energy, positivity, encouragement, music list and voice projection are top notch!! Front desk and sales lady was so nice and pleasant also. The studio was very clean, equipment was new and inviting and it was an awesome workout with plenty of very positive energy and space. Thank you again Coach Austin, Orangetheory and the entire LaCantera staff!!
I like how helpful the coaches are. I am not in shape enough yet, only had two workouts. but determined to get these eventually. I cannot stay up with the class except in the cardio part of it but will keep working at it. Mike Carraway
