1 hour full body work out..... one and done, don't have to think about it. Am constantly challenged. Coach Andy is an amazing coach, very inspiring and I appreciate the fact that he knows everyone's name in the class and talks to them at some point one way or the other. When providing encouragement or feedback he uses each individuals name. Makes you feel like it's small group personal training versus just a group excersise class.

Get a great workout in every class
Simply everything. I have been nothing but impressed for almost 4 months and continuing. .
OTF is fun, great workout, great coaches, nice people at the office, thank you guys for your support and energy in helping us to become a better persons
Liked the instructor a lot. I am on a business trip and this was my first time at the Sonterra club. Very nice staff!
The hour goes by so quick. I really feel
Like I get a lot out of my work out. The instructions are clear and the instructors are wonderfully supportive and helpful
I like that you have to commit by signing up in advance, and if you fail to go, you are penalized - this helps keep it a true priority (for me at least). I like that it's like having a personal trainer but in a group setting, and they really do care to teach, help, and motivate everyone. It's only an hour, and an hour well worth your time! I do consider it pricey, but considering the reasons above, it's money well spent to better my life, body, health, and confidence!
The workouts are challenging, but doable. Being able to see my heart rate and track my progress makes this workout better than all other structured fitness classes I have participated in.
It keeps you moving throughout the workout at varying levels of difficulty
It works with everyone at there own pace. And that the trainers are always uplifting and have positive, motivating attitudes.

The intensity and the variety-it keeps everybody moving but there is latitude for individual choice or ability. I may well be one of the oldest members, but I am really enjoying it.

The lighting, heart rate monitors, class size, workouts.
Music is very inconsistent , not good beats, sometimes too low, or customizing until the instructor finds a song she likes.
Music is a great part of working out an needs to have proper beats and be consistent throughout workouts.
I was being told what to do and when to do it.
They push me & it's different every class.
