We get an amazing workout in an hour. Something you can't get at a regular gym. Plus the trainers are always super helpful.

What do you like about our workout?

I tell people all the time that OTF has the perfect workout for me: cardio, weights, row. It's never the same workout twice and is trainer-led so you get the push and the instruction. Super-fun atmosphere with great people and you are finished in an hour. The best part is being able to monitor your heart rate and push yourself more or back down based on YOUR stats. And finally, I totally geek out on dashboards so I love the performance report and the cumulative numbers. Great coaches, too!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that every workout is different and targets different muscle groups. The instructors are super knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The mix of running, rowing and weights is perfect. I always feel like I've had an amazing workout once I'm finished!

What do you like about our workout?

Group setting is important to me where people push each other, the music helps with the energy, the instructors are motivating and educated to correct technique and form, and seeing my individual HR helps with knowing when to push past my fatigue and reach my potential.

What do you like about our workout?

It is always different and challenging. I never get bored. The instructors are competent. It takes one hour, reliably. I am offered ways to adapt the exercises if I need to. I can monitor my heart rate to make sure I am using my energy efficiently and healthily, and receive an email report after every class of my heart rates during class and the calories burned. .

What do you like about our workout?

Even mix of cardio and resistance training and you get to decide what you want to do first. Very instense but again, you, determine the intensity. With the heart rate monitors on the screen you can keep an eye on your HR without having to glance down at your watch all the time.
