Montana was absolutely incredible. She followed up with me several times in a non-pushy way after my first class didn't go so well. She even offered to come to the next class with me, and actually followed through with it. She helped get me signed up for a membership earlier this week and I'm excited to go back tonight. Coach Kadye was also amazing. Super encouraging, helpful, and attentive without me feeling constantly watched. Very grateful for the whole Camp Bowie team.

Great cardio and strength training! Creative and interesting workout.
So many things! I enjoy that no two workouts are ever the same. The coaches feel like personal trainers, and I always really appreciate it when they call out my name–it usually provides me with a boost of energy to keep going. While I have a love/hate relationship with the 8-hour cancellation window, I tell everyone that's *the* reason why I actually workout–it actually holds me accountable for showing up. I also love that scheduling classes is super easy, and the front desk staff is always super friendly.

Organized and Challenging
Not having to create it myself. Feeling good when I leave thanks to the feedback of coaches and other members. I enjoy the a whole body work out and all I have to do is commit to showing up.
The workout incorporates multiple forms of exercise for cardio and strength- good for the heart body and soul
