I absolutely love the coaches at OTF Camp Bowie! They are so helpful and keep me motivated on my fitness journey. The location is also perfect for me, it is close to my home. It is also next to a grocery store (Sprouts), so I can get my shopping done afterwards too.

Coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging & accommodating when exercise options are needed. This gym has a great atmosphere-front desk staff know you by name and there is a wonderful camaraderie among members. The workouts are challenging and varied, giving you a combination of strength training and cardiovascular fitness.

I always know that I'm going to get a good workout when I show up. I don't have to come up with a plan for my workout, I just have to do what I'm told and watch the results.
I love the feel of community with the other members and the encouragement that is shared with one another. I like the friendly competition and challenges.
When you show up, the staff recognizes you and you're always met with a smile! Coaches are genuinely concerned about the members and coach you on form and effort when you need it. They recognize you when you are working hard and cheer you on in your fitness journey.

It's not just the workout for me, but the people. The staff, coaches, and the members. The workout is a bonus. I am slightly enjoying the repeating templates. Maybe this is my time to mention it, but while I enjoy the Aoki templates, the playlist and timing needs to go. I'm not a fan of EDM or club music at 5am, or 10am, and I know it's stressful on the coaches as well.
Overall, for that 1 hour, it's me v me surrounded by some of the best people I know, pushing me to be a better version and be healthier.
I like how structured it is! As someone who would be lost as soon as I walk into an open gym, it's nice to have a workout that is completely planned out.
I also love that the coaches give you options to structure those workouts safely!
