Coaches and interval training
I don't get bored. There are times at the gym I workout for 20-30 minutes, get bored and leave. This keeps me motivated to commit to the days I scheduled to be here.
Workouts are challenging and high energy but allow for varying levels of fitness.

This was my first OTF class ever and I loved it! My husband and I went together with two of our friends who are existing OTF members. The coach made us feel very welcome and helped us out during the entire workout since it was all new for us. The first time can be very overwhelming since there is a lot of going on and lots of moving parts but our coach Drew helped us during the entire workout and kept encouraging us during each set which helped me so much because I was a little nervous being it was my first time ever!

This was my first time visiting Orangetheory in the Highlands. My home studio is in College Station, but I was in town for spring break. When I called to switch over my information to Arlington Highlands, Briana was great! She switched it over quickly and answered all my questions. On my first visit she was welcoming and helped me book an additional class.
I took 3 classes and I had Coach Chris all 3 days. He was AMAZING! I was nervous that because it wasn’t a college crowd that the classes would be a little easier, boy was I wrong! Easily a few of the most challenging AND fun classes I’ve taken. Coach Chris was very engaging with everyone and helped everyone who needed it. His energy was consistent and made the classes enjoyable and made me push myself harder.
I graduate from Texas A&M in May and I will definitely be returning!
I’ve been looking for a high-intensity workout to meet some health/fitness goals for 2019, and Orange Theory checks all the boxes. It’s welcoming, challenging, accommodating, flexible, great variety & accountability. Couldn’t recommend higher!
Balanced workout

Mansfield is an awesome studio! On both days I attend their studio I was welcomed by Kenny with a big smile. The coaches, Shaun and Cody, were awesome! They kept us going throughout the challenging workouts. Definitely a studio I would go back to and recommend that everyone try.
The Montgomery Plaza studio was amazing! I went two days in a row and was greeted warmly and enthusiastically both times, first by McCall and then by Ashley. Coach Bri and Coach John were professional motivators and led us through amazing workouts! I’d definitely recommend this location to all of my friends!
It’s fun and I burn a lot of calories
I loved the different circuit like set up and that the instructor (Carly) was amazing at explaining things and was there to help correct form and push you harder
Workouts are great and a judgement free zone!
It’s a different workout every time monitored and encouraged by a coach so I push myself harder and know that they will make sure I do the exercises with good form so I get the most from the workout without hurting myself.
