The Coach led sessions change everyday so your body does not have time to adapt to the workouts which allows your body to change in ways you never thought possible.

What do you like about our workout?

I was visiting Fort Worth last week-end and was so excited to find OT near where I was staying. I participated in the Saturday morning 7:30 a.m. class and loved it! I liked the gym arrangement-- not as tight as some of them in terms of space. The instructor was really great and it was a fun competitive environment. The front desk folks were great too-- checking me in on the phone when I called for a spot and setting me up with a borrowed heart rate monitor when I arrived.

What do you like about our workout?

My first class rally was my instructor. She was absolutely amazing, fun and engaging! She makes it so entertaining. I loved it.

What do you like about our workout?

It's always different. Mixture of cardio and weights. Coaches and staff are AWESOME and always full of energy!

What do you like about our workout?

I'm a long distance runner (ultra marathons) and do orange theory twice a week for cross-training. It helps me stay injury free, develop my core muscles and all out speed. In just two months of classes, I have noticed that I am running faster and stronger than ever before. My easy pace is generally 30-45s per mile faster than before. I like that the workouts are pre-planned, work the whole body, monitor heart rate and are challenging. All I have to do is show up and give it my best! In long distance running it is easy to run a bunch of miles at an easy pace without challenging yourself cardiovascularly. Orange Theory has been a great way to get in some higher intensity workouts!

What do you like about our workout?

Getting the most out of my workout in one hour by being able to see the amount of time I've been in the orange zone. I'm able to push myself more.

I like that half of the group is doing cardio or weights and the helpfulness of the trainer.

It is never boring or repeated. I like being able to see my efforts during class which helps to guide me to push harder.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches encourage, push and motivate me to push my limits, The workout encompasses everything I need in 45 minutes- I love the challenges they provide as well . I've been a member with the Mesquite location since it open day 1 and I plan to remain one. OTF💪🏽🍊
