This class is perfect for people like me who enjoy working out and sweating but really don't know what to do at the gym by yourself. I always feel good after class, and ready to take on the day. I'm sore the next day and feeling muscles I didn't know I was using, but it feel great. Its a great workout, and it really is a whole body work out.

I love that the workout is different every day. I have seen the best results by attending this workout class than I ever have trying to get in shape on my own. Keigan is one of the best trainers I have ever had, and I have used individual personal trainers before. He is personable yet professional. He will go out of his way to ensure that everyone in the class knows what they are doing and are doing the exercises correctly. I also really enjoy that if he sees someone not using enough weight, he does push us and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend Orange Theory Southlake to anyone looking to get into the best shape they have been in.

I burned over 650 calories in my first class. I also loved how everyone was so understanding, welcoming, and open to help!
The workout goes by quickly, is fun and challenging. It's my favorite workout class I've ever done.

I love it! I haven't worked out in years and took my 3rd class this week. I can't wait to see how far I've come in a few months.
Like the variety and the intensity......great if you want a good workout, accountability without competition, and don't want to get injured. Orange Theory appears to be the right workout for me.
Location, class times, excellent staff, and it pushes me to do more than I make myself do on my own.

Small classes, led by a coach, varies from workout to workout - so working different muscle groups and avoids "plateuing", camaraderie of working with a group.
it's always different and I love the 30, 50, 60 minute increments-- mentally, those are doable.

I LOVEEEEEEE Orange Theory workouts! I was JUST talking to my coworker about it and how much I enjoy the classes. I do not typically like group fitness classes but this is different for me. I feel that my workouts are effective, efficient, and I am very sore. The instructors also do a great job remembering your name and encouraging you throughout the class. I am currently doing classes from a gift certificate I got and am locked in a one year membership at Lifetime. When my membership expires I will be looking at considering this as it is much closer to my house.

I always need something that pushes me and that is exactly what I got and more with Orange Theory. I loved Brittany she was an amazing coach very motivating and helpful. So glad I joined
I like that it’s mainly cardio based with some strength integrated ....that’s what works for me to lose weight which is my goal....I also like that their is a class almost every hour since my schedule is not normal
