I was a guest for one class when traveling from St Louis. The class was great and the lead trainer was super motivating and helped me a lot with my rowing form!

I love the accountability factor, and the incentive to earn splat points. It’s very a structured but flexible work out, in that you never know what will be planned for the day. I highly recommend Orange Theory!

The front office personnel and the trainer were great! At first I was a little intimidated by it all as it can be quite overwhelming! But, I quickly realized that I could work at my own pace! Overall, it was just the challenge that I needed to break out of my work out rut!
The variety and the instructor was excellent.
I enjoy my workout but am a little annoyed, with as much as I pay a month, that I have to pay $5 to borrow a heart rate monitor.
I love having a coach! It really motivates me to get through a work out. Just heading into the gym by myself is not always productive. But when I go into Orange Theory, I know I will be getting a great work out in without the stress of what I should be doing.
I like that I am doing workouts that I would never do on my own at the gym. I like that I have to stay a full hour and not quit when I'm tired.
This is a great workout. It is challenging, but the trainers do a great job at getting you pumped up! The fun music helps too! Everyone here is extremely positive, I love it!

Friendly and high energy coaches, clean studio
The workout has several components that help facilitate a full-body workout. Cardio, weights, and rowing. That is what I enjoy the most, along with the coaches, of course! I also enjoy the biofeedback element. As a biofeedback therapist, I respect one's ability to learn from their own body and physiology.
The coaches are awesome. I always knew that they were a driving factor in the enjoyment of the class and in helping to push us to beat our best.
But it really hit home how great they are when I first traveled to another OTF last month. I love their style of walking the room and calling names and being active participants in the class.
I love the workouts where we use the rowers with the weights, not just the weights.

Quick, one-hour focused work out. With the heart rate monitor I know exactly what kind of work-out i'm getting. Perfect combination of strength and cardio.
