Everything. I love that the workout is never the same. The coaches are amazing. The front desk is a joy to be around. The studio is more of a family then just coming to workout. You get to know people and become friends that get stronger together. It's basically personal training in a group setting.

The heart rate monitor and full body workout
Running by increasing and decreasing the incline was really good and lifting the weights. Also the trainer was really good at explaining the activities. It was a very good experience. Hopefully will be visiting this place soon.

Its always a different format, never boring. Always pushes you in strength and endurance. A ton of fun with trainers like Deb at West Plano.
The coaches are engaging and want you to succeed and the workout is always a challenge! In just a few months I’ve seen my speed, strength, and endurance dramatically improve. In lots of group workouts, you find yourself competing against others. With the data-driven approach of OTF, I don’t have to worry about others, who are at all different fitness levels, because I see how I am changing and improving on a day to day basis. I can’t see myself working out anywhere else!
