I love that I can walk in and not think about anything other than the next 30 seconds. I love not knowing all the things I will have to do and mentally having to fight through. Instead, I just focus on the next interval. That's it. It's the best hour of the day. My ME time!

EVERY SINGLE ONE of the staff at Castle Hills is amazing! From the time you walk in the door, throughout the workout, and when you walk out the door they are calling you by name and encouraging you to be your best. I have never felt a part of a "gym/studio" as I do at CH. The staff make me want to show up every day.
