Orange Theory Fitness workouts are great for people who aren't familiar with gym equipment. The trainer tells you what to do and how to do it, eliminating any confusion that would come from just going to a gym alone.
The workouts are amazing with an all over body workout, I love the transformation my body and mind have made with OT!

Great workout and good atmosphere
I like that OT makes sure that you do the workout. The major problem I had was continuing the workouts. My longer duration was not more than 2-3 months.
This time after signing up with OT I manage to continue the sessions. Maintained every day burn avg of 500 calories. I am very close to my target weight and almost lost 20lbs in 6 months.
Thanks to OT trainers for helping me to reach my goals :-).
