I like that they are encouraging and helpful. I feel really motivated every time I go. To see results for having fun, it makes me enjoy my workout more and push myself to do better for my health.

What do you like about our workout?

The instructors are friendly and their workouts are great. I feel like I exercise all major muscle areas. The interval training is great for strengthening my heart. I love that I do not have to plan my exercise for the day.

What do you like about our workout?

It is a positive and encouraging workout. I have been a member for almost 2 years now. When I take the time to go to weekly workouts (in addition to eating healthy) I feel my absolute best. Orange Theory has helped me start reaching goals and setting new goals for myself. I feel the most confident I have ever been since joining. I leave class proud of myself for finishing the workout. I would 100% recommend Orange Theory to anyone. It has tested my limits and pushed me to go above and beyond what I thought I could ever do. I am obsessed!

- Would like more weights/dumbbell incorporated moves though!
