Orangetheory Fitness has the right mix of cardio and weight training for my busy schedule. I feel like the coaches assist me when I need it and provide accountability and motivation.
The instructors are awesome!!! They are very motivated and the workout programs are never dull or boring!!!

I am a year into OTF and still love walking through the doors every day! The staff, also known as Day Makers, are wonderful to work with and helpful when you need it. I can't say enough great things about the trainers at the Coppell location! Each of them know how to motivate the room and push each of us differently during our 60 min heart rate interval training. I look forward to my workout everyday and the family feel OTF cultivates in Coppell! Most importantly, I like this workout because I see the results of my hard work.
