The coaches and staff make an effort to know my name. Today, my coach Brandie was so excited and said to me, "Who is this person? This isn't the same First name removed that came in here a few months ago!" She was so proud of how far I've come. Your greatest asset is your staff who really take an interest in your customers.
I like that it's different every time and the coaches are awesome. I like the mix of cardio and strength building. I like that I am in control of how hard I push myself and that watching the screen makes me work harder.

I like the constant movement and encouragement throughout the hour. The time goes by so fast and really get a fantastic workout. I also like that they are able to help with providing alternatives for me since I had a knee/hip replacement and am still able to get a great workout.
It's a good mix of cardio & strength and the time goes by super fast. The instructor also did a good job of making sure form was correct and encouraging us to push ourselves
I like not having to come up with a work out on my own. I like the pace and the amount of time that the work out takes. I have recommended OTF to a lot of friends. People do hesitate when they find out the price though!
I love everything about it. But what I like the most is that there is someone there to push me to do more. More reps, heavier weight, more speed on the treadmill!! And I like it when the Trainer knows my name. Yeah you guys ROCK!!!!!
But could you please bring back the 7:00 class? How many burpees do I have to do to make that happen?
The dynamic of the classes, type of exercises, the trainers are amazing and they made the classes very positive that you want to come back next day.
I always leave completely sweaty and fully worked out. I can turn my brain off for an hour and just follow the instructions. But it is getting boring and people want some variety. Not sure how we can do this but I used to look forward to coming and now I have to force myself and when I tell my friend they should join they respond I don't want to do the same thing over each day. Some members can afford to belong to two gyms but I can't nor do I have the time. Partnering with another member is horrible and I left. Do not ever do that again please!
I love the challenge and different workout every time. Courtney and Lauren are typically my trainers and they are motivating and fabulous. The gym is like a group of friends who push each other throughout the workout. It's great.
I like all the trainers. The two that stand out are Gina & Deb. I love their enthusiasm especially when I feel like I'm dying and I'm am soaked from sweat. I especially grateful when they make sure I have the correct form in the weight room and on the rower. Only suggestion I have is having more 12lb weights available.
