I would like to ask that you consider making changes to the music. All the pop and rap stuff is getting weary. I would love more good old rock and roll thrown in now and then- especially in 90 minute classes on the treadmill! Even some old motown would be great.
It motivates me to see my name on a screen and being able to compare my effort with the people around me. The music is great too!
I absolutely love the 3G! The rotations and short spurts keep it entertaining, engaging and helpful to achieve high splat points!
The variety of the workout is great. No time to get bored!
I definitely pushed myself harder - seeing HR on monitors was motivating and instructor keeps energy up and corrected my form when needed.
I like to be told what to do (in the gym) :) and burn at least 100 more calories than when I work out on my own. I like the diversity of exercises but want more core work.
Great instructor and very different type of workout!
Each class is different - same general concept but with a twist depending on what the focus is for the day. Instructors are the best. They push you to your best but also find ways to adjust exercises to you if needed. They walk around to help if you have any questions. It's an open area so lots of room for spacing but still close for good interaction with others.
Always challenging and the instructors are always pushing you to achieve more during your workout
I really enjoyed having a strategically planned workout that was led by a certified instructor. I feel like whenever I went into a gym before, I had no idea what I was doing and honestly just wasting a lot of my time. I love that in a 1 hour Orange Theory Workout, I am using my time so efficiently and it's benefitting me in the upmost way. I worked harder in my first OTF class then I ever have in the past year in a regular gym. Thank you OTF!

Keeps me engaged, changes up my workout, pushes me more than I would push myself, trainer present to help if I need direction, works all muscle groups and mixes cardio every day with the weights!

As an ex-Crossfitter, I find Orange Theory workouts are just as effective but with a major advantage over Crossfit - over two years with NO injuries!
It's challenging yourself every work out.
