The front desk people, always greet you by name and are always, always positive! The instructors.. Brittany, Joe and Dea. They motivate and make it FUN to work out, I feel like a better person when I leave OTF after my workout. Luv, luv their positive attitude!
I enjoy the group environment with a coach who helps us to improve our form for both improved results and reduced injuries, and push a little harder than we otherwise would.
I liked the workouts at orange theory. As it became more and more popular it was difficult to book classes. I have a job where I get out at 7pm, but may get out as early as 3pm. Having this schedule, it was too difficult to schedule a class. If i got out from work early the classes would be full but I don't know if/when i'll get out early so I couldn't commit to a calss time.. If I got out on time, I wasn't going to wait an hour till 8pm to take a class. I missed the class times on the half hours, 6:30pm, 7:30pm, etc. This made it easier for me to schedule classes.

I love the workout and the music! Trainers are great, especially love Angie and First name removed. It's close to my house and I can usually get into my desired time slot when I plan ahead.
However, I think the equipment and floors could use a better cleaning. I know all the customers are good about wiping down the equipment but there are things that need to be replaced more often...the straps on the rowers especially! They are very tattered. Also the seats on some of the rowers do not slide smoothly, maybe they need some attention/cleaning/WD40.
I like the small group workouts almost feels like customized coaching.
You get both cardio and strength training done in an hour and you feel great afterwards!
I love the team environment and how great I feel after a workout!
Personally I have never been a fan of the gym. I'm an old jock that loves playing sports and would get my exercise that way 3-4 times a week After a few bad injuries I had to stop. OTF offers a structured workout that always changes so it's never boring and I can push myself with the help of really great instructors!!!
Trainers are all fabulous. As are all the desk staff ! Trainers keep us focused, driven and increasing the intensity. Love it.
I love the variety and intensity of each workout coupled with great music and engaged coaching staff!
I love that you just have to show up - everything else is taken care of, you don't have to think, you don't have to plan!

Every workout is different. The instructors are engaging & motivating.
I go to the Coppell location and frisco location. I love and prefer the Coppell location. The staff is very friendly and make it a point to say hello when you come in. The coaches in Coppell are awesome also.
It feels like a personal training session yet in a group setting which is awesome. I'm also someone who gets bored very easily so the fact that every time I go there will be a new workout is a huge draw!
