OTF Circle C is a great location, a wonderful and friendly staff, committed to community involvement, and on top of all that an awesome structured workout that is different every time with Strength, Power, and Endurance focuses. What do you like about our workout?

I love working out at Orangetheory Pflugerville. The environment is friendly and inviting. I have worked out a couple of times at other OTF's but they didn't have the feeling of home to me. P-ville OTF is home.
Having coach/trainers that know me and guide us through the workouts is crucial to me. I have been a member of conventional gyms in the past, but never was able to accomplish what I have at OTF.
I have been there now for 1 year. One of the best decisions I have made in a long time.

-i like not having to plan my workout. I just show up and follow instructions.
-intense workouts that provide total body training
-never the same workout, they vary each day
-the energy the coaches bring to each class
-the front desk staff and the manager - exceptional customer service
-the camaraderie
-very supportive community
-atmosphere - feels like you're part of a team but each person is working out at their own station at their own pace.

What do you like about our workout?

The workout is always great, but I do feel like almost every time I attend it's some kind of "leg/butt day." As a male trying to build his upper body as well, I've had to supplement my OTF membership with another gym membership and some personal training sessions. I go to OTF ATS 3x/week, so it would be really helpful if I could know in advance what the plan is going to be for the week... which days will be leg-focused, chest-focused, back/shoulders-focused, etc. With the current OTF scheme of keeping things a secret from their members, it's hard for members to really achieve specific goals for their body. PLEASE consider providing some kind of general overview calendar that gives either a 1-week or 2-week look-ahead at body parts that will be targeted so that those of us who are past the "I just want to lose some pounds" phase can stay engaged and motivated. I love OTF, but I've started to wonder if it has an expiration date for me. Also, please provide a greater quantity of clinics on specific types of exercises/activities. I found the rowing clinic very helpful, but I there should be more of them for rowing and also for things like training for a 5K, and weight lifting form when trying to go heavier with weights for muscle gains. I have spoken to other members who say they'd like to use heavier weights, but in the fast-paced environment of the classes, they are afraid to try heavier weights because the coaches have so much going on that they can't possibly given enough guidance to everyone at the same time. If there were form clinics for weight lifting, the absence of the simultaneous treadmill/rower use and loud music would allow coaches to teach people how to properly lift heavier to achieve their physique goals without hurting themselves. I'd be glad to offer more suggestions if so desired. I think OTF is fantastic (and has been instrumental in my transformation), but OTF could be MUCH MORE and FAR GREATER than it already is!

The entire OTF team and Cedar Park are amazing! Coaches are Very knowledgeable, and FUN and EVERY workout is diverse and a great calorie burn. I would highly recommended OTF Cedar Park.

Workouts are always different challenging but something I can do.

I enjoy the challenges and like doing benchmarks and setting new goals . Coach Kristina is amazing!
she knows everyone’s names, she knows their fitness level, and she helps push us as individuals and yet makes me feel like I can do as much as anyone else.

Only negative is that other coaches play rap music that is hard to listen to, crude lyrics and too loud.

Its fast, fun and effective. You can get a solid workout in within an hour and feel good when you walk out the door.

Aside from the awesome workouts the staff at OTF is always super friendly and accommodating.
