Only been 2x but want to keep coming back - staff very friendly - no judgment - all shapes and sizes and ages welcome and feel comfortable. Work out is intense but you can modify if needed.

The trainers are well informed and work with people such as myself that have an issue in doing certain exercises. The trainers offer other alternatives which is wonderful.

Really enjoying the workouts so far! And so many class time offerings makes it possible to schedule a workout no matter how crazy my schedule gets
It’s so convenient! Not having to think about a routine and being able to show up and knock it out is fantastic.
I enjoy the variety. You never do the same workout. The only thing guaranteed is rowing, running (cycling or elliptical), and some sort of weight lifting/ body weight exercises. There are people of all shapes and sizes super motivated to live healthier and happier lives. And above all else there is NO JUDGMENT! All positive attitudes coming from the coaches, staff, and folks that attend O.T. The atmosphere is electric, full of energy and enthusiasm. This is the first time I've ever paid to be a part of any kind of organized physically activity and its been so worth it! I've been there almost a year and working on my 100th class! Free class for first timers so whatcha got to lose? #noexcuses
The Georgetown location is great! Clean, roomy, great front desk staff, awesome instructor that makes you feel welcome and supported! Perfectly in keeping with the OTF environment!
Challenging
I loooooove the staff at OTFRR!!!! Wednesday I goofed and forgot to throw my shoes in my bag. Instead of missing out on a workout, June literally gave me the shoes off her feet so I wouldn’t miss out on a workout!!! Not just that, but she has loaned me her socks before too. Love June, she is receptive to feedback and creates a great culture and atmosphere! The support and engagement shown by the staff, really feels like the are fully investing in my health, fitness, and goals! June and the University crew are KILLING IT!!!
