That it’s structured so u should have to show up & do what they tell you! The instructors are always right there to assist and give motivation. And the variety is great!

Had a different Coach everyday and they were all great and motivating - it was especially a great motivator being that I was visiting from out of town.
Prior to OTF, I hated all forms of cardio, which seemed to hurt more than lifting weights. With the variation of activities and positive trainer attitudes, blowing through an intense 45min cardio session is a breeze!
No pressure, encouraging, go at your own pace! I was so nervous and it was SO fun
Jenn had great commentary throughout the workout. "You should be feeling pretty uncomfortable right now" (I did, how did she know?) "If you multiply this number by this number on your rower, you will get a good estimate of how long it will take you to get to 2000 meters" (omg, this is going to take forever) She was fun.

The OT workouts are as challenging as you want them to be and are always fun/different. At this pace, I’ll be in the best shape of my life before long. Easily worth the money. J2 is the best coach out there!

I was in San Marcos for a training conference and LOVED this studio! Ross is like the best trainer ever!
1. Music playlist is AMAZING
2. Correct Form is an art to him and I loved how he took the time to correctly perfect everyone's form! (NOT AT DO THIS!)
3. He is so encouraging and even got down and did a round with the group when he saw we were all struggling to make it through!

I love the comradery amongst the classes. WE have some ballers in the 7:30 class and Sarah is the best coach out there! She pushes me and makes me better but also knows when I'm having an off day.
Coach Sarah is super energetic and helped me fix my rowing form. The group's energy was contagious.
