It’s efficient and makes me feel better
The whole Orangetheory experience was simply wow! The coaches were very precise in their directions, but also very friendly and caring to the wellbeing of every member. The workout was also very organized and maintained to be fun throughout the whole hour! Highly recommend for anyone to give it a try!
I love the intensity and the coaches ability to modify for those that need it. The coaches knowledge and dedication levels are unparalleled and they make each member feel as they all sessions are doable.
Orangetheory is pretty expensive but I really love the workouts, and Montana and Kerry are motivating but not over the top enthusiastic. They're great coaches!
The variety really makes a difficult one hour workout go by so fast! Also, the coaches are so awesome with encouraging and motivating everyone in a very inclusive, nonjudgmental, and fun way!!
It's a tough work out but still doable
I visited the downtown Austin OTF and felt right at home. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Sarah is awesome! She made sure she knew who I was, asked where I was from and included me me in her motivational call outs, and corrected my form when needed during the classes I attended. I felt like it was my home club and I was no stranger. Loved it!!!

There is nothing to dislike...I like each and every workout and the templates OTF has and follows...I can simply say I Love It...♥️

Like that ever workout is different! Coaches are motivated and have smooth transitions! Coach Adrian has come a long way since his first class - definitely enjoys coaching!
Music is amazing, instructors are very knowledge and helpful and the workout is actually really fun. You switch it up so much it's hard to get board.
Motivation and coaching without judgment..
The setup process was painless thanks to Avery! The coaches were great and worked on your level, never pushing you to do anything that you're uncomfortable with. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you just want a nice change of pace from your regular workout routine, Orangetheory is a great option.

I have enjoyed the fact that the classes are large enough to feel like a fun group and small enough to have a coach that, while not exactly one on one, can provide everyone special care and attention.
The group atmosphere and coaches are very motivating. Workouts are always different so it’s never boring.
I have been a member almost 2 years and I love it. I like how different it is every day. I really don't like the partner workouts though. Id rather just do my own work out. I also don't like changing back and forth a lot . It's hard to keep my heart rate up when we are hopping off the tread and onto the rower and back and forth. I like the first half on the tread and the last half on the rower and weight room. That's my favorite. I know you have to change it up though .

I like the feedback and help during the exercises when it looks like we need help or doing the exercise wrong. Some orange theory instructors I have been with do not do that.
I love the location, layout and coaches. I just wish more modified versions to floor workouts were shown because it's not always easy to get the coach's attention especially in a 3G class. Luckily I remember some modified version from other studios so I go off of that sometimes. Thanks!
I have been trying to get back into cardio shape and orange theory has been doing the job perfectly. The trainers ate great motivators and upbeat. Very informative and great with managing the group. The only thing I would say is if your looking to build strength and you have a little bit of weightlifting background you might need to do that on your own. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!
This workout is worth your time and effort. Mike is an attentive coach— not distracted whatsoever. He provided instruction throughout. His voice is also energetic without sounding strained. You can understand his instructions, which I really appreciated. Great playlist too!
An OT workout is the best way to get a great workout while having fun. The coaches are the best and what makes this place special. Coach Sarah is so energetic and fun. Even at 5am she can get people motivated to do a great workout. She is has made me laugh and has challenged me to go further in my workout than I thought I could go. I would recommend it to anyone at any fitness level.
