I like that the workout pushes you to get a great workout which means you get results. I like the variety of exercises too.

Love the trainers, being pushed to work harder, and the energy I have after working out. I really love being able to monitor my heart rate & use that as a motivator to push myself into the orange/red zones as well.

I've only been once so far but I enjoyed the energy of the instructor, the music and the clean, modern environment.

I like the structure. Having a coach keeps me on my game and the frequent time calls make it easier me to keep pushing harder than I can while trying to watch a clock.

What do you like about our workout?

I just joined, and I am really enjoying the workouts. I like the variation in activities, and the fact that I can see my heart rate & stats as I workout, is very motivating. The instructors have been great as well. They've been very helpful to me as a "newbie", and they are very motivational.
