I am a new workout lady. After being a breat cancer survivor and completely starting over. I love Makena she helps me for alternatives in the weight area. She is absolutely a wonderful instructor! I do not feel funny with her when I can not do what the class is doing in that area.
There's always a coach there to keep you motivated and push you to do more . Also to make sure your doing the exercise correctly .
Best way to get a challenging, full body strength and aerobic workout in a single hour. Love that it is a group class but competition is only with myself and my own heart rate. For fat, skinny, weak, strong, unfit and powerhouses. 7 months in, i stronger, faster, more confident in my own skin. I can run across the parking lot in wedges and not get out of breath... and I can haul boxes from here to there.
The change in routines as well as the challenges developed.
