I like that the workouts are group oriented. It has a team feel to the workouts, making them more enjoyable to do. I also like all of the coaches I've had, they are motivating and fun instructors.
The early morning trainers were those I worked with and they were great - really energetic and they worked very hard to recognize regulars. The workout itself was always challenging. The location/studio was clean and well laid-out, although there was sometimes a shortage of mid-level weights and the benches on the ends were crowded right up to the wall, which made full classes a little crowded back in the weight area. I was never personally able to get the app to work with my online login details. Overall, the only reason I'm leaving (for now!) is because of scheduling and location (I recently moved). Overall my experience was very positive and I'd definitely recommend it to people with the right mindset.

I like the variety. I haven't been a member a year now and haven't gotten burned out. The community of members and the coaches make the classes something I look forward to.
I like the interval runs (speed work) and core work that is involved. Also, trying to work towards a bell curve.

Great workout! Good Structure
Incredibly welcoming environment. Not competitive but still encouraging. The coaches make it great and give you a slight push when you need it. They check on me, as well as everyone else, and ask if I'm ok since I have trouble breathing sometimes. Front staff are sure friendly and personable. I ♡ Coach Eli!

I loved it! It was a little crazy getting around everyone a finding what I needed the first time. I followed everyone but then felt a little behind, like I wasn't getting enough of a workout because it took me longer to get my weights and rack them up, etc.
