The coaches are great at the University Round Rock location and I like that it's a set time and structured workout. Would like at least 5 minutes at end dedicated to stretching though and they have just changed the morning times to where stretching is no longer part of the workout. Also, there needs to be an ability to register for classes more than 1 month in advance.
Coaches are the best and I like the front staff too.
