Always a different template. Never boring. The hour goes by quickly. The coaches are great!
I like the different personalities the coaches have and the different music they each play. I like that the coaches watch how you are doing the exercises and come and correct you when you are not doing it correctly. I like the energy from the coaches and from the people in the class!
I love the variety/how each workout class is different, the energy, the music, the style of workouts and the fact it is not running for long periods of extended time on the tread! Love everything about the after-burn/orange zone theory and wearing a heart monitor which distracts me from thinking about actually running and focuses my attention on my splat points, etc. Overall, it is the best workout I have ever done and the only one I have done consistently!
Great for strengthening and toning! Never gets boring or mundane
Variety, challenge, cardio, high-intensity, heart-rate instant feedback, high-end equipment. I like using every muscle over the course of a week or two.
The coaches. That it's always different but doable for everyone.
I loved Leslie. Her encouragement to get through the long pushes helped me tremendously. She had great nutrition advice too.

I love that there is always something diifferent so I never get bored! And, as someone who has long been intimated by weights and generally avoided them, I love the relaxed but encouraging atmosphere and easy to follow weight exercises. Turns out weights aren't scary! I feel stronger now than I ever have before!
Not geared towards weights. Great cardio. That coach Wade knows his fitness, his music, his peeps!!
I push myself harder at OTF than I would at home.
I like that it's an hour and it flies by. I like the variety. Christy, Casey and Berto are great coaches.
