I love the atmosphere. Everyone pushes you to go harder and is always telling you that you can do it. The work outs aren’t hard but they are exhausting, so it is nice that everyone wants you to succeed.
The flexible class times. The fact that it’s half cardio and half weights is great. And.. my favorite part are the wonderful trainers at the Green Hills studio!!
It’s like having a personal trainer but in a group setting. You feel comfortable because no one is watching you - they are too busy doing their exercises! It’s an upbeat, positive workout. The trainers are so encouraging.

I like that it’s very structured but you can go at your own pace. I can feel my body getting stronger and more toned.
I do wish that we could use the gym when classes aren’t scheduled. I feel like I could get some more exercise to justify the money. Sometimes the classes are just not at the right time or you can’t get in.
Quick and effective full body workout
It is an energizing fun atmosphere. The coaches are very encouraging to make you push yourself harder to continue achieving PR’s. You can show up and not have to think about making sure you get a balanced workout as all the preparation is done for you. The results are amazing.
I liked the variety and interval training! The hour flew by.
