What do you like about our workout?

The people are my favorite part. Your staff are kind, helpful, hardworking, and supportive. The workout itself is excellent for several reasons: 1. it changes up, which fights boredom and annoyance, two prime obstacles in most other workout situations for me; 2. heart rate stays elevated, which is good for cardio health and calorie burning; 3. there's a resistance component, which helps build and rebuild muscle, which I appreciate; 4. there's a flexibility component, which is good for mobility; and 5. the coaches help us keep good form and stay motivated. That's a lot! Way to go!

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoy OTF workouts because they are fun, challenging, and different every day. I feel better after I workout. It is the only workout I have experienced where I look forward to class every day. The coaches are amazing and create a wonderful atmosphere. OTF is the best!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the workout so much the staff is incredible I have so many positives about the Franklin studio. The only thing I have to say is the music can sometimes be really bad which is to me one of the most important parts. A lot do the same playlist are played and the music just is as “up” as I’d hope.

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are different every day and I am confident in the structure of the classes to ensure that I work out different muscle groups in a balanced way. The camaraderie between the people taking the classes makes every difficult work out more fun and seem more attainable. There is not a competitive vibe between the people in the class, and coaches and other members are so encouraging.

I love the atmosphere and the people at OTF!! Everyone is so encouraging and so friendly! I love that I never have to think about my workouts and I’m always getting a great work out!!
