Our coaches are outstanding and energetic and the variety continues to amaze me. The really cool thing is how our whole class interacts- we have become friends and it helps so much from a motivation and accountability standpoint. I am always amazed that I love working out now and it’s been almost 2 years now.

It is fun. Effective and fast. I enjoy the music and coaches.
I love these OTF because it always keeps me on my toes. There is a great mixture of familiar exercises and new/challenging ones. The instructors are always so helpful in providing modifications for me that allow me to work the target muscle groups when I struggle to complete the original workout.
Coaches
I like that Coach Morgan doesn’t allow me to waste my time. He’s known for being a stickler for correct form and I appreciate that he is because when I’m in one of his classes I know I’m maximizing the intended benefits of the workout. He’s constantly making sure that every member is using correct form—with the weights and with every piece of equipment in the studio. For me, his coaching approach makes the difference between just spending an hour working out and getting the most from my one-hour workout.
I like that OrangeTheory has such a positive and welcoming atmosphere! The coaches are always super helpful and the workouts are never the same! I was never able to stick to a exercise routine until I joined Orangetheory. Now I love working out!
Challenging and varies each session
Going on 3.5years strong! Love the Coaches, Staff and daily challanges at OTF Oxford. Where ALL fitness levels are accepted!
I like the variety of the workouts and how each body part, along with cardio is considered throughout the week. The energy of the staff/trainers is also great. There are also many challenges and things to participate in outside of class. I'm an avid CrossFitter, so I utilize these workouts as a supplement for some additional cardio and lighter weight/strength training. I do wish that the type of workout would be published the week before. I understand not publishing the entire workout, but the type would be beneficial for people like myself who are focusing on a specific workout routine.
I like that I can see the results of the workout over time and that you improve at your own pace. Orangetheory is also better with friends and I've met some great people there :)
The dynamic, the energy, the intensity and how diversified the exercises are.
I love the group guided workout! I also love that you can start at literally any fitness level. I was 305 lbs when I started 2.5 weeks ago and am already down 17 lbs. I was able to start and do it at my own level and my own pace. Modifications have been so nice. Also the trainers are all amazing and more than happy to show modifications and also key in on injuries etc. overall an amazing total body workout! I’ve already seen myself get so much stronger and do things I didn’t think I would ever be able to do at my weight!
It is never the same and each workout is thoroughly demonstrated for safety and good form.
