Clients/Member Testimonials
Very motivating, convenient (location), and challenging!
Awesome instructors and ever-changing workout!!
The encouragement of the coaches and other members.
I love that it is a total body workout in one hour. I like that the workouts build endurance and you are not using excessively heavy weights like you would use in other types of classes such as crossfit. All the coaches are so friendly and encouraging, I felt welcome day one. I would encourage anyone to give it a try.
Working out in a group makes me try harder!
Everything!
The energy and how the workouts change up
Great workouts great coaches!
Flexibility
Great workout. Coach was very engaging and studio staff welcoming!
It’s coach led and fast paced.
It’s semi-personal and I can always ask questions but it’s a lot of doing things on my own and not being watched or critiqued. I like that the workouts are pre-made and not just up to the trainer to make on the spot. I really love how Gaby is so encouraging and positive!
I love orangetheory. I have only been to one other location but the workouts were (as expected) very similar/the same. Thank you!
It's a group setting but still at your own pace
I like being able to see my heart rate on the TV monitors. It helps me gain a better understanding of what my body needs so that I push myself when I'm tired, without over doing it.
I love how it’s never the same and never boring
My favorite class is the 90 minute on Sundays. It is a great way to start/end the week. The class is high energy and makes you burn so much! The coaches are motivating, and the music is normally great!
People were so kind and helpful
Fun workout with energetic instructors. You don’t have to be a super athlete to start because they help you adjust the workout in the beginning.
Good workout that isn’t boring, always at least a little Different, and the coaches are great
I like three things:
1. The plus of Orange Theory is that the person pushing you to work harder is your passive, non-threatening heart-rate monitor. And the instructions are easy to follow. If you are in the green zone or below, get moving! If you are in the red zone, it's OK to let up a little. If you are in the orange zone, just stay there. It's simple.
2. I like the fact that people of different skill levels can be working out at the same time. An 80 year old grandfather can be in the station right next to an olympic athlete and it wouldn't be weird or distracting to either one of them. I can't think of another exercise activity where that would be possible.
3. I like the fact that the instructors are there if you need them to ask questions, but not there if you want them to leave you alone. The last thing you want is to either not being able to find someone to give you some advice on a question........or for someone to giving you advice when you really don't want it and didn't ask for it!
It's efficient, keeping you moving the whole time, and burns serious calories. I also like the daily variety.
The variety of exercises and the coaches
I can just turn my mind off - and grind out a great workout!
Loved the variety, coaching, and ability to go at your own pace. Really enjoyed it, and I'll definitely be back!
fast paced, few breaks.
I absolutely love Orange Theory! I’ve been going consistently for 2 months and I’m already down 7lbs! Awesome place with awesome coaches!
That it’s directed and you know you have worked out afterwards.
Its challenging and it is never the same workout! The instructor are awesome and the facilities are clean!!
EVERYTHING!!!! The coaches, the bangin’ playlists, the workout, the atmosphere. ALL. OF. IT.
