The staff are friendly, helpful and call you by name. They clean in between classes so everyone gets a great experience. The coaches are knowledgeable and know how to motivate you to do your best and push yourself to reach your goals. It’s a fantastic place to work out!

Scheduling can still be a pain (the morning classes aren't even available for waitlist unless you get on it weeks in advance), but the workout is great and the time flies by really quickly.
