Love the coaches. They keep you motivated
Challenging workouts I can adjust each time depending on my ability that day. Instructors who motivate and push me to do my best. Variety of exercises to avoid injury when working out daily.

Wonderful workout. Felt out of pkace sometimes but that's how it is. Being the only Black surrounded by whites. There is no welcoming spirit. You can feel it. Its ok, when you know it, but it can turn others away.

Great energetic instructor. Love his intensity and spirit through the whole workout. Since it was my first time I would have liked a little more attention to how my form was and what level of speed I should be going... but all around great environment and fun workout!
I love that the coaches actually help you and don’t make you feel silly for not doing something right. I also like the changing up between different workouts throughout the class!
