I recently moved to the area and I’m already in love with this studio! I’ve been to several studios and Mt Juliet is fantastic! Hailee was welcoming and helped me get reacquainted with OTF since it had been a while since I had taken a workout.
You can make the intensity as hard as you want and still get motivation from your coach. The work out focused on many areas of your body making it a good full body effort. I could definitely feel the benefits the next day.
I personally enjoy the guidance provided by the coaches or (trainers) as to specific exercise, rowing distance or treadmill walk run programs as well as their enthusiastic encouragement. I do not have to think about whats next and can concentrate on form and correct execution. Secondly I like the monitoring on my vitals allowing me to pace myself towards the level of exertion that is correct for my. Lastly the environment is functional, very neat, everyone looks after themselves hygienically and I love the pounding music to set my pace to ..

The pace, coaches and atmosphere! There is actually an OTF closer to my apartment, but the atmosphere and coaches are just no where near OTF Green Hills!
The people are so kind and you feel like you’re actually getting a hard, worth it work out!
Orange Theory workouts are the best full body workouts I've found, the instructors are super nice and helpful, the patrons are motivating, and the overall vibe puts you in the mood to perform.

The workout is challenging, but in a good way. It helps to push you out of your comfort zone in order to find out just how far you can go- in a safe way that’s monitored and with support. The coach is awesome and really knows how to assist in a helpful way that encourages you. The best thing is that I don’t have to try to figure out what to do, I just have to be able to follow along.
Great coaches make 60 minutes go by so fast!
Just about everything! I can come in and get a really good workout and all I have to do is show up, everything is done for me so I don’t have to try and set up my own program.
I like that it’s different every day and always presents a challenge.
