I love Orange Theory classes because the atmosphere encourages me to get the most of our every workout. While you can go at your own pace and are not forced to "compete" with others in the class, the instructor pushes you to do your best! Also, being surrounded by people with the same goals in the class really makes me want to do my best every time!
I love the intensity of the workout and that it is different every time. I also love being able to track my progress through a heart rate monitor.

The feature of Orange Theory Fitness that I most like is that you can monitor your gym and off campus workouts with one app. I also like transferring to three different exercise stations to maximize reaching my blue, green, and orange zones. The gym instructor giving helpful advice during the workout is also a great feature. The hours that the gym is available makes it easy to fit in a session that works around my busy distracted day.
