I don't like OTF Franklin, I LOVE OTF Franklin!
I love that every class is different. It's the only class where I can burn 500 +/- calories each class. All of the instructors are caring and professional and eager to help you reach your best potential. The front desk and staff are awesome as well. They are nice, helpful, and real people; not perfect, snobby and fake. OTF is my church!!!

Clean facility. Good mix of cardio and strength. The coaches push me where I wouldn't normally push myself. Great music. Nice equipment.

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts move. I certainly don't get bored. As a person returning to regular exercise after an injury and long break, I love that it doesn't shame you in any way, rather they celebrate your own accomplishments. Did you get a good workout beside a svelt 20 year old? Sure! Did my 50 year old out of shape self feel weird or out of place? Nope! I did my best and so did everyone else. Win! Also- they readily adjust exercises for your level to prevent injury.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that it's balanced with cardio and weights and different every time. Especially appreciate coaching on form with the weights. Also appreciate the personal touch. Hannah always greets us by name when we check in. Coach Bash does a particularly excellent job - great coaching.

Amazing trainers. Amazing encouragement. Always welcomed by name. Workouts are so good. Never bored. Best shape of my life after a year at OTF and I'm pushing 50.

What do you like about our workout?

I appreciate the group coach method and the fact that the workout changes daily. I do not enjoy the same workout routine day after day.

In particular, I love Coach Bash and Hanna on the front desk. I am greeted by name when I walk in the door. Bash also remembers all of the students by name and that makes me work a little bit harder. There is a little more accountability when Bash calls me out by name.
