It's fun and time goes by quickly. The changing pace and rotating exercises make the workout fly by and leave you feeling accomplished.
Various workouts that focus on different body parts. I'm not a big fan of the 3 G and partner workouts. Also the music needs to change, we listen to the same music on rotation and it's annoying.
Great coaches! Always a calorie burning workout. Every workout has variety yet always challenges you cardiovacularly.
