There's a lot of variety and I push myself way more than I ever did working out by myself at the gym. The trainers are awesome and very motivating! There is a great comradeship amongst all the OTF members. We encourage each other and celebrate together when it's over. I've been working out there for 7 months and love it!!!
Feels like a personal training session without the high price
Different challenging workout every time. I like the upbeat trainers and staff at the Farragut location. It makes the visit enjoyable.
High energy and fast paced. Great Instructor and pumping music.
As soon as I get to a stopping point I will sign up for some of the classes.
The variety- it never gets easier or routine
I like that it is circuits and you keep changing stations. Keeps me interested and excited. Also like working at my own pace

JJ is an EXCELLENT coach. He is energetic and keeps the class on task. He also takes the time to correct form and show individual members how to properly execute movements. I have been working out for a very long time and I am aware of proper form and how important it is to see results. Watching so many members use incorrect and often injury prone form is disheartening. If I see it, I am fully aware that the coach sees it. Other coaches at Germantown do not correct form at all.
JJ should have more presence in Germantown as he is a critical reason why several of us are there regularly.

I like the high intensity interval workout. In addition, having the coach keeps me motivated.
Different work out every day, along with a different instructor. I like how I get different personalities from different instructors. It keeps the class interesting.
Things I like:
1. Group setting
2. Appointments (means that I'll keep them).
3. Energetic instructors
4. Cleanliness of the facility
5. One on One (even in a group setting).
6. Friendliness and knowledge of the staff
7. Challenging yet obtainable
8. Different workouts every day
9. All levels can workout together

I have always worked out, but had become increasingly bored. For the first time in years I'm excited to go to the gym. Oh, and I've lost about 12 pounds, and I'm eating more, too. Love OTF.
