It was a good workout and I'm happy I can visit different locations as I travel for work. I wish my results would have been emailed or uploaded to the OT Beat app, it was one of my best workouts.

New workout every time I visit, trainer's helpful interaction with clients in gym, and never having to think about what I will have to do.

Variety and I don't have to think about it. The only thing lately is we have been doing a lot of strength days. Starting to get tired of those! G

Its the most complete workout in a hour. I appreciate the coaches pushing me to do more.

What do you like about our workout?

I get the benefit of a trainer when I really need one, without having unnecessary 1:1 time. I also get pushed to do things I would not do alone. It also forces me to do cardio, which I would not do on my own.

Love it!!! I appreciate how the workout is different each day! You never know what you're going to get when you walk through the door. The coaches know how to push you, motivate you, encourage you, and correct you to be the best you can be!

What do you like about our workout?

I loved everything about Orange Theory. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. Everyone just pushed through the workout together and the music was great motivation as well. The place was so clean and a nice size for a big group class!

Instructor was technically proficient, but wish he showed more personality & engagement with the folks working out. Have more fun!

What do you like about our workout?

1) fast paced. The 60 minutes goes by incredibly fast. 2) high intensity. I really enjoy having to actually "work" for the work out, it's not just a walk in the park. 3) I don't have to think about it. I love walking into the gym and being told what to do.

What do you like about our workout?

I appreciate the attention and support from the coaches. I have asked many questions and have not once been made to feel that my question was unimportant. All of the coaches have supported me during my workouts and even notice if I have been away from the gym for a period of time. Before joining Orange Theory, I had not worked out in over 15 years. I feel better than when I started in January and look forward to getting stronger and more fit!
