Maintaining your own level of difficulty. The base, push and all-out are great ways to self-assess your progress without feeling the need to be at the level of a marathon runner.

Instructor led. They keep you moving so it's harder to quit. But I wish it had more weights or strength
I really like the interval training. Otherwise I become complacent with my workout. Moreover the early morning classes work with my schedule.

I love that Orange Theory is a welcoming environment that accommodates all levels of fitness. I love the sense of community and that I know when I attend class I am receiving a full body workout every time, with results I can see right there on the screen.
