I enjoy the combination of cardio, core, weight, and resistance training. Also like that the workouts vary from day to day. The instructors do a great job of encouraging and pushing where necessary during the workout. Makes it more bearable!! Keep it going.
I like the science behind it and that you are working full body every time! The hype and push from the coaches really helps you to realize your full potential and how you can do things you previously thought you couldn't.

I like the structure of the workouts - I never get bored moving from one section to the next. I also love that everyday is different. The trainers are always encouraging & I've found my classmates to be warm & inspiring as well!
1). That you allow me to start on the rowing machine. That has made all the difference. Row weights then run works for me.
2). Seem to be always different.
3). Instructors are very professional and do a good job to encourage everyone.
Very well rounded and all the coaches make a point to know your name and correct you. Always going to be a good a workout and good atmosphere.

I enjoy the combination of cardio with weights during each workout. I love the extra push from the coaches - Coach Lisa’s encouraged me to run my first mile about two months. This was an amazing feeling and accomplishment for me!!!

I love the atmosphere and the coaches! Everyone is really supportive and I always leave feeling accomplished and like I worked hard. Even though you can see everyone's stats, no one is comparing themselves to anyone else. I'm so glad I joined & have already gotten one of my friends to as well!
