I have been at Orange Theory Fitness now going on 3 years. I can honestly say I have been amazed at my level of fitness. I have been able to lose inches and my clothes fit so much better. I am 58 years “young” and have so much more energy than I did in my 40’s!! I love the Coaches and all the staff. They are all so positive and encouraging. The workouts are really challenging and sometimes really hard, but I do try and make modifications when necessary. I also love that the Coaches will let you know ways to modify exercises or if the form is not good they will gently correct and guide you in the proper form. I really like the way the workouts are divided into 3 different areas. You will never be bored and you’ll always be pushed! I would highly recommend OTF if you’re looking to lose weight, lose inches and feel great!!
Orange theory is the first workout I found after college that I was able to stick with and see results. The coaches always provide great motivation and every class is different.

I can't say that I absolutely LOVE exercising.. BUT OTF makes me love exercising!!!
Every time I go in, we do something different, but I always come out feeling like an hour well worth it. As a former collegiate cheerleader, it is the perfect balance between cardio, weight lifting, stability, and endurance. My favorite days are power days, but the way they incorporate certain exercises during endurance and strength days, I still really enjoy it no matter what!
Shoutout to all of the South Carolina gyms! I've been to Simpsonville and Summerville, SC studios. Coaches and managers are my FAVORITES at Simpsonville! Coach John and Emily (managers) are incredible!

The staff is encouraging and motivating. The classes themselves are never the same twice, and are constantly challenging different muscle groups. I have yet to be bored in a class, and no matter how many classes I’ve taken, i feel I am consistently pushed as my strength grows.

I love that it changes every day, I can modify it to be easier if I’m not feeling great or I can push it when I’m able. I like being able to monitor my heart rate and pushing to “collect” all of my splat points by the end of class.
