I like how the workout is different every time I go in and that I know I’m always going to be getting closer to my goals every time I step into the studio.
Most workouts are full body workouts and that’s what I like to do at the gym. We do a lot in a short amount of time and I feel like I gain muscle after most workouts! No workout is the same so I feel that I get a good variety on what muscles I work out.

I thoroughly love coming into OTF Spartanburg. I came in completely out of shape, but I was never made to feel less than. Or not good enough. Still not completely in shape haha but 10 classes in and better than I was day 1. Megan and all the other coaches are the best and def feels like home going in.
outstanding workouts - always changing and comprehensive, making sure to offer plenty of instruction to learn proper form as well as options. Coaches are encouraging and super helpful. I look forward every time session I attend!

I am so addicted to Orangetheory!!! I would set aside many other extracurricular expenses (hair/recreational stuff etc) to keep my premier membership. I have been going very consistently for over two years and it never gets old. Every day is a new challenge. It is the best gym I’ve ever had a membership at. Ever.

The coaches are great and I enjoy the mix of cardio, plyometrics, and hypertrophy which inspires me in my workouts outside of orange theory. The music is usually on point, so it’s kind of like a dance party instead of a workout!

The coaches are fantastic. I don’t think I could pick a favorite. They’ve helped me develop plans to meet my personal goals, and the variety of their personal styles and music choices make classes highly entertaining every time. I joined for the workout but got hooked on the coaches. Thanks guys!
Workouts are planned and you don’t have to think about what you need to do at the gym, takes the thinking out and gives you a great workout every time! The Irmo studio has the best staff, very responsive and fantastic coaches. They go above and beyond what is expected. I don’t mind paying the costs since the service and workouts are top notch!
Orange theory is the only exercise program that I have ever stuck to for longer than a few months. I have been an active member attending at least 3 to 4 times per week for over a year now. I have Noticed improvements in my energy level, Strength, sleep, endurance and more. It is challenging, but The feeling I have when I finish is worth the challenges. The coaches always offer accommodations for difficult tasks and are very knowledgeable about injury prevention. I love it!!!
I like that the coaches demonstrate the weight floor and help coach you along during your workout. It gives me motivation and the great music y’all play is so fun to workout to! I have to have good music to workout to and you guys play the most energetic music?
Coach Brandon has the best workouts! He keeps the pace going fast with his positive energy and his motivating music. I really the the variety of the treads, weights, and rowers. The facility is super clean and very well managed.
