I love working out at OT. I love that the workouts are never the same and the time flies by!!
What I like about the OTF work out is the variety. Each day's workout is different, and even at each station, the variations of what we're doing and the intensity of the exercise. It keeps things interesting, and the class flies by.
Also, I find I'm pushing myself harder. When a 90 second All Out is called, I think "I can do anything for 90 seconds," so I'm willing to really push myself through those portions of the workouts.

Diverse workouts, great coaches, safe atmosphere
I have been at OTF FA since the beginning - and I have loved every workout! The coaches are great, the camaraderie is motivating, and the variety in the workouts make sure that they are never boring. I like that there are modifications that I can do when my old joints may feel resistant. I had been a runner for 10 years prior to starting OTF and thought I was in shape, but I am amazed at how much I have improved in speed, strength and coordination since then.
Things have had to change during the pandemic, but I am so thankful for everything the staff and coaches have done to keep things clean and us safe. The online workouts for when we could not be in the studio helped keep me moving, and the live workouts last spring with our own coaches were fun too! Since OTF reopened, the spacing between people, cleaning of stations, and orderly transitions have made it possible for us to continue to workout safely. Your efforts are so appreciated!
