I love that even ache when parkour is different and challenges you each time. I love that their is no judgement from others in the class or the trainers!

How diverse it is....I'm one to get bored easily, so this was a nice change of pace for me.

I love the external challenge of the workout and the internal sense of accomplishment. Plus, our coaches are THE BEST at motivating individuals and groups to perform past the mental breakdown and toward the end goal of physical fitness.
