What do you like about our workout?

It's never the same workout twice! It always fun and exciting. I love our trainers at our studio in West Ashley. They keep us motivated throughout the entire class. Most importantly, they make it fun.

What do you like about our workout?

That the workout always changes, is always intense but there are ways to dial it back and modify if I have an injury.

That most (there are a few that do) trainers don't sound "canned" or like a workout video. For the most part I feel like I'm getting a personal training experience.

What do you like about our workout?

At OTF you're not "just another gym member", you're a part of a crazy-weird family with the same goal in mind: to get healthy and have fun while doing it! Coaches and members push and encourage you to go beyond self perceived limits. Everyone is supportive, even if you're greatest achievement was just showing up that day or hitting a new PR!

I love everything. The motivation, the support, the kickass workouts, and the amazing coaches that constantly push us to go farther than we ever thought we could! So glad we found OTF 🍊

What do you like about our workout?

The personalization through your awesome coaches and push to do better and go farther. I am a big fan of HIIT now because of OTF. I have seen the results through changes in my own body.

What do you like about our workout?

Really cool place with an energetic staff. It was my first time and felt very comfortable moving between the three different sets of circuits. The staff is excellent at remembering names. It was also my friend's birthday that day and they presented her with a little oange theory gift. It was very sweet and all stuff that she wanted!!

What do you like about our workout?

There isn't anything I don't like about my workout! The coaches are motivating, the workout makes me feel stronger, I have gotten healthier, and its just fun!

I need direction and someone to push me so I love that. And I also like variety. So since every class is different, I'm never bored

What do you like about our workout?

I love the positive encouragement I get at OTF. I like the different challenges we get. I like the fact that I can see my progress on the screen, and I am competing against myself each time. I like the fact that I get a summary after each class. The trainers are always willing to help and give suggestions if you are unable to do a certain exercise. Also, I appreciate that the trainers are willing to answer questions and send you info about nutrition and lifestyle changes that might be helpful. The fact that they are nationwide and I can go to any studio is also great.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety of the workouts. Would love to see the 90 minute classes make a comeback (maybe on Friday evening/Saturday morning?).
