It's been awhile (I was a founding member of Nisky - in NYC now) and it's great to see the improvements that have been made. It's also great to see Taylor still there as a coach - she's the best! (Don't tell Mike Last name removed I said that)
I love OT. However, a bit disappointed that I need to purchase a special heart monitor for an additional $110 if I want to receive the full benefit of my membership. Why not sell it at cost so to give members additional benefits that will encourage them to be members longer?

I personally love how it motivates you to push yourself. An hour feels like 15 minutes. Great coaches and staff. Feels like a family!
Clarissa was great at motivating me individually as well as the class in general. Lots of great upper body work along with the usual cardiac challenge.
I love knowing that I can come in and get a great workout that was already planned and is well rounded. Im new to working out, so it gets rid of me not knowing what to do at a gym, and all the coaches are great about guiding you through the exercises and helping you with form and motivation.
I always love taking the classes from Jackie, Chris and Emilia but Coach Bree is absolutely phenomenal. I might have skipped some mornings and taken the late cancel fee if it wasn’t for her! She is incredible.
Different each time, motivating coaches, friendly staff, having my workout planned so I dont need to think about what I need to do.... oh and the music.😊

I was excited to learn that each workout was varied and yet I would be guaranteed cardio, conditioning, and some strength training each time. So it really was the best of both. Were the prices more affordable I would have thrown my credit card immediately at the staff member at the desk following class!
First, the gym manager is a very organized, and has a very professional, friendly and competent staff. Second, the coaches are outstanding! They are incredibly motivated, and at the same time instructional, personable and highly organized w/ respect to running a complicated class.. Third, the gym is clean, w updated equipment,etc... Fourth, the workouts are well thought out, with balanced physiologic & musculoskeletal development.. Fifth, the activities the gym initiates or supports - ie- charities, good health etc., are extremely noteworthy, and meaningful to many members, including myself. Finally, the core group of gym members are also highly motivated, friendly and make the whole experience more than a work out... fun!!!

I am visiting for the summer from the
Naples FL OT, and was a bit anxious of continuing my workouts at another location because having a good trainer is key — but Kate met with me prior to my first workout and was very welcoming and re-assuring. I felt very comfortable in her class, and am planning to continue attending.
