What do you like about our workout?

There isn't anything I don't like about my OT workout. I am 59 and have worked out my entire adult life. My body is in the best shape it has been in for 30 years. The coaches are beyond incredible in helping to understand how to maximize your time there, support you and have fun along the way. Sometimes, when I get there for a 6:15 class I am thinking, I am tired and it was hard to get here, and then 60 minutes later I am revitalized and am so thankful that I came. If you haven't joined an Orange Theory you should. It is a family, a team and workout regimen that is like no other. I can't say enough great things about what OT has done for me and how I feel about myself. Thank you OT, all of the coaches and front desk staff! You are wonderful and make my day!

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches are amazing, my first time working out in this capacity was very challenging, but the coaches help you push through without me hurting myself. They are very motivating coaches and make the class fun. The different zones work on total body which is amazing.

I love the group atmosphere, and how everyone helps and encourages everyone else. There is no judgement about what you can/can not do just encouragement to be the best version of you that you can.

I love that Orange Theory tells me exactly what to do, varies it each workout, and allows me to track how hard I'm working and progress over time.

Coach was great! I liked that she kept up with each group and gave reminders at to what was up next, while also encouraging and saying motivating things throughout.

I also liked the setup of the room, and that it was a full class.

It's one hour and works the entire body. A different workout each time. I always feel like I've gotten a great workout at the end of class.

Orange theory is a great workout. All the instructors are really good. The front desk staff are friendly and pleasant. And I like that I see the owner Audrey taking classes with everyone.

What do you like about our workout?

I joined OTF because my two daughters belong and my second daughter First name removed joined because her sister Lucianne pushed her to join - she belonged to another gym. First name removed once she started to go to OTF I saw a difference in her appearance she looked thinner.

I joined because my two daughters pushed me into it. I never exercised in my life, I actually hate exercise. When I joined OTF, I could not walk any more than 2+ miles and had to hold on on the treadmill - now I can do 3.4 miles I don't hold on and am actually running 15 to 60 seconds during the workout. I can do inclines. On the floor I had to roll off the stepper and now I can push myself up. The straps I could not pull myself up now I can do that. I could not step back and put one knee down to the floor, I didn't have the balance - my balance is much better.

I love the coaches they are inspiring and correct me when I'm not doing something right which makes be better. They are kind and careing. I'm 72 years old and feel so good after I come out of OTF. I like to go 4 to 5 times a week.

I can go on and on about the benefits for me I recommend this to people of all ages!

I loved the energy. I didnt feel like we worked out for an hour. I like that it's a group workout, but it still feels individualized and personal.

I love how it can be a good workout for everyone! I love that I can go with my mom, my friends, or athletes, and they can alter the workout to their needs. I also love how it's different every day!

I like that it is a full hour of working out guided by a coach. I also like that the workout changes up so we aren’t repeating classes over and over again.

I do wish there was a little bigger space in the waiting area to allow for stretching prior to the session beginning.

I hope to see a location open up in Warwick, NY soon!!!! I know lots of people that would go...it would do awesomely there!!!

The encouragement and motivation from the coaches! Also being able to just “show up” and have a full workout planned for you that always leaves you satisfied after just 60 minutes.
