I love the variety and the fact that it doesn't bore me, I enjoy the level of effort required without feeling that it is too difficult. The coaches are great and energetic, very warm and welcoming and cognizant of varying fitness levels and desires.

It’s challenging for me but when I see & feel results it encourages me to keep coming back. The coaches are definitely part of the motivation to keep me working towards losing weight & becoming the strongest I can be.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches are well trained, experienced and in a good way push you to reach and exceed OTF goals!! Upbeat atmosphere, music and workout community helps to motivate, reach and exceed goals. It’s a complete, full and balanced hour of cardio and strength and then your done! Love it! Feel great when Hour is over and for a few days after I am focused, balanced and my brain and body are in sync. Then book another hour. I supplement OTF with yoga and walking on off days too. I’m hooked!

Great work out in 55 minutes... loved the different tempos during the class. Happy that weights were included. It was nice leaving class knowing how many calories you burned and how many splats you got!

It is the best 1 hour workout I’ve ever done. The coaches are constantly pushing me to work harder, which in turn has shown me better results than I’ve ever gotten on my own! Orangetheory is incredible, and I let everyone know that!

What do you like about our workout?

The coach was extremely encouraging. Really like the atmosphere and a couple of my friends were at my session! The staff was extremely helpful as well. My heart rate monitor wasn't working and my band was too small and they gave me one to use! Awesome experience!

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are as challenging as you make them; If I go and am having an off day, I almost never feel down on myself if I didn't get as many splat points or burn as many calories as I usually do-I just feel happy that I went and got some exercise. When I really push myself, I feel really accomplished, and that keeps me going. I've definitely made a lot of progress since joining OTF
