I like workouts that have lots of variety. I like the six minute alternating blocks with treadmill and tower.

What do you like about our workout?

I love Orangetheory gym! At 70, I find it very easy to modify the workout to my own capabilities, and the coaches offer alternative exercises to suit different fitness levels. It’s a place where “everybody knows your name”, so friendly and supportive! I really feel a big difference in my physical stamina, the main reason I joined last spring.
