What do you like about our workout?

The front desk was friendly and welcoming. The trainers were great...very motivating...and the music selection was fantastic! The next time I come visit my friends in Clifton Park I hope to workout there again. Overall wonderful studio:)

Great well rounded full body workout! Knowledgeable coaches to explain and help you out! Nice members and staff who are all encouraging, what more could you ask for? This is the best!

What do you like about our workout?

They coaches encourage you to push yourself as much as you can. I prefer a classes as opposed to just going to the gym on my own and doing the treadmill
Before joining, I was nervous about the workouts, if I was going to be able to keep up... I like the fact that the classes seem to have a mixture of members, age wise, fit wise, etc. much less imtimidating

I like the idea of not having to worry about they type of workout you will be doing, I really enjoyed the fact that all you have to do is show up and follow the instructions. You guys are the best, the staff is just wonderful. Thanks for all your smiles and hard workouts lol

What do you like about our workout?

The workout was way better than I expected. The coaches were so motivating and helpful for someone who doesn’t workout! I would absolutely join if it wasn’t so expensive.

What do you like about our workout?

It is customizable to your fitness level but the group setting encourages you to push yourself beyond what your would do working out on your own. The coach was very encouraging and helpful along the way and I never felt like I was being yelled at if I did something wrong.

What do you like about our workout?

I was an out of town member visiting the studio. Coach Grant ran a very upbeat, motivating and fun class. Got a great workout and felt at home even though I wasn’t. Kudos to Orange Theory for consistently delivering MORE.

I look forward to my Orangetheory workouts everyday! Not only are the workouts AMAZING but the coaches and staff are even better. Every time I walk into the studio I feel like I am home! I am proud to be part of the Orangetheory Syracuse family!

I love the tread and the rower the most and enjoy the Power days the best. Power days allow you to take a chance and push further (go faster) because they are shorter in length.

On the floor, I love the bands and ab exercises

I really like that I don’t have to think about it and someone tells me what to do for an hour. I love that all different sizes and ages participate!

What do you like about our workout?

Everything! I’m told what to do and when to do it. I like that they recommend how heavy the weights are but you can modify it if you need too. The floor activity are also modified if you have an injury. It’s an amazing workout and I feel great afterwards. It’s better then having a personal trainer.

How different and difficult each day is. There isn't another workout that I know of that pushes my body to do things I wouldn't normally do for myself in a gym alone. Love the atmosphere, love the instructors and love the people!!

Friendly staff. I was visiting and they treated me like I was a regular member.

Space between treads and rowers. Probably can’t since the studio has a finite space. It’s not a problem, but a wish. I think the studio did great for the space it has.

Coaches tell u what to do so it’s mindless and the time flies. Also, love the combo of cardio and weight/strength training.
