It is a complete and effective workout. A quick and challenging 55 minutes that makes me feel great and I am already seeing results.
I love how each workout is different. There may be certain exercises that are repeated but there is always something new with it. I found that I have learned how to improve some of the exercises but I'm not bored doing the same things every time I walk in. I also like how the coaches take the time to know you and will help you correct what you are doing wrong. This way you see results.
I love that I get to challenge myself at my own pace and that every day is different!
I very much appreciate high-intensity interval training. OTF structures the HIIT workouts in a compact length of time, which allows me to properly structure my own day. Varying the exercises each day is something important. On my own, I think two things would happen: 1) I would most likely shorten my workout once I thought my body was tired. 2) I would most likely default to the same few exercises I am most confident in doing, and therefore miss out on developing other parts of my body.
Furthermore, being able to understand my workout in a data driven way is incredibly motivating. Listening to your body is one thing, but being able to push or pull back based upon information in real time brings the mental game up a notch. Although a long time athlete, I am not a natural runner and rarely enjoy it. Seeing that I should push myself into another zone, rather than stay where my body is most comfortable is incredibly valuable. This data does also work in the opposite direction- if I am feeling particularly uncomfortable, I can double check the data to see if I am truly overworking myself and then decide to pull back.
The structure and clarity about the workout. The session is set and you know what you have to do. Music is great too!!

The personal touch the trainers give to you and the class. The way they build you up to go beyond what you think you can do. Can not get that anywhere else and at any other gym.
I like the tracker and that it shows how much calories and how fast my HR is. It keeps me motivated
I enjoy the atmosphere, the coaches are motivating, and the workouts are intense! Easily the best and most fun gym experience there is.

Workouts are focused and different every day. Coaches know what they are doing and the participants apparently enjoy it - I do and I see many of the same people when I go twice a week.
Friendly environment, wonderful and welcoming staff, competent coaches. Everyone is supportive at Baytown OT. Our whole family is signed up, they must be doing something right 😊
My favorite are the treads and Rower. I like that the class goes by fast and it does not feel as if you are staying in any one station for too long. Love my instructors as well! Great support.

All the workouts are fantastic and geared to help you achieve your goals no matter what stage of life and/or fitness you’re at. I appreciate the coaches ability and concern to accommodate all members during workouts and their ability to notice and compliment members during and after their workouts.

The variety, the instructor and the help and advice on how to modify moves to your fitness level. I am excited to see how far I can go and all I will conquer and accomplish!

I like how ai am able to workout individually , pushing myself. While seeing others push through or struggle or achieve the exercise with me. It’s a unique, but really cool feeling.
Effective and fun
The coaches are fantastic! Coach Chris and Coach Emilia are especially great and willing to share their vast knowledge about fitness in a personalized manner. They easily balance the needs of the group with the needs of each individual. They help modify the workout for all abilities and demonstrate the correct way to utilize the equipment for maximum results. The workouts are fun- always different and always challenging. The facility is clean and well-kept. The app is informative and easy to use. The best part though, is the feeling of accomplishment as you progress through the workouts.
It was my second class ever and it got me to love Orangetheory! Coach Dayna was great and took the time to help me with my form. Got a real sense of community in the class.
I love everything. The coaches & staff , equipment, heart monitor, cleanliness, and most of all that the coaches and staff really care about me.
